We rented a motorbike with 2 helmet but we stayed at another home stay near Alisha Villa. They knew where we are staying at and they came to our stay to “steal” a helmet back! They told us that the reason why they did that was because they needed it for a customer (????) but we were also their customer. It already happened twice that we were about to leave our stay and we were in total shock because one helmet got stolen. Luckily our host from our stay saw that and told us the owner came to get the helmet and we should call them. I think they could have buy more helmet for their bussines or ask customer for a fee or come with another solution. In my opinion their communication could be better. They had our number, so at least they could have let us know something or a text would be nice.

Please do not book! We stayed here for a month because we paid in advance, and during that month, we changed rooms three times hoping for a clean one. The bathroom is open, so you get all the mosquitoes, ants, and spiders, and it never feels clean. You receive towels with holes, and the area is extremely loud in the mornings due to construction. WhatsApp messages are ignored, and the room is never cleaned as promised; you have to beg for it to be mopped.

My 5 friends and me went to this Villa and everything was perfect. Clean rooms and bathrooms, motorbike rent, nice swimming pool and fantastic service with fantastic people. I will come here again.

the room is still worth the price. not as good as in the pictures but bruh every place are like that. beautiful garden, they also have their own RICE FIELD????? this is cool. wifi connection for the rooms are not that good when i stayed, pool wifi’s 100% better. the room is clean even tho the sheets are probably not being replaced for a long time. water heater working really well, everything is working really well in this room except the wifi. sadly the staff probably need to be more communicative? because the male said that we have free breakfast but the female said we don’t. the female staff also said that we checking in with her while WE ARE NOT. we’re checking in with the super nice male staff who said we got our free breakfast not with the female staff. in the end we need to pay for the brekkie but that’s fine. weird thing is she told us when the food is ready, NOT BEFORE it. we can just cancel it if she told us before 🤷🏻♀️ also the other male staff is LEGEND. we ordered some things from outside and he deliver it to our room. that’s nice ✨✨✨

The main issue here is not with the staff but with the owner.He charges fairly high prices but you do not get quality for your money: the water heater in the bathroom lasts for two minutes max because bigger heaters would cost money, the slow internet keeps disconnecting because good routers would cost money, the sheets and mosquito nets are usually stained because new ones would cost money, the room you rent with a kitchen just has one fork and that’s it because putting ustensiles in it would cost money. Etc. Etc.

Looks like nice place, if you see it on internet. But reality is not the same. Very worn-out linen, towels and all textile in the rooms, with some strange smell.Be ready asking for everything, for cups,cleaning the room, cleaning the window in the room (because you can’t see through them;).They sad cleaning every 3 days, and changing linen once a week, but we have to remind the staff to clean the room and change the linen, because otherwise they don’t do it.Some staff are lazy to do their duties.Smell of dampness in the rooms, wanted to change the room, the same.Internet very slow and unstable even when I connect by LANI believe it was a nice place earlier, but not now, even for a couple of nights.It was bad experience.

Outdated bungalow complex that no longer matches the description. The most unpleasant thing was the very unkempt bungalow. No cleaning was carried out in 6 days, despite requests. Upon arrival we were told that cleaning would take place after 3 days and linen change after 5 days. The only positive thing was the small pool in the garden.Conclusion for us, never again...PS: There is a lot of construction going on in the surrounding area. A lot of construction noise could be heard during the day.

Pro:• The unique selling point. The wall is made with glass and surrounded by plants which makes it truly comfortable.• The staff is friendly and truly helpful• The location itself in Pererenan. We were both happy to take a morning walk or jog with decent ricepaddy fields around.Cons:With this kind of place, it is unfortunately not being maintained very well. It's truly a stunning and beautiful place indeed, yet the glass isn't clear (water spots are basically everywhere). The bathroom is same, need to be cleaner.Ants are everywhere. And I do hope the owner will put their focus on these.Conclusion: My partner and I were happy to stay with whatever it is as it is in Villa Alisha. But it would be better if they make improvement in cleanliness.

Very disappointed. Stayed there for a month only because we booked before arriving to bali and already prepaid. The owner/management tried to increase the price although the conditions only got worse. For this amount of money it is not worth staying there. Everything is old, dirty and has barely any resemblance to the pictures. The pictures are probably 10 years old. The only nice thing is the garden. The staff is also friendly but the owner is greedy. When we were there they tried to increase the monthly price for many long-term guests by 40-50%, while things like broken doors or leaking AC weren't fixed at all. The constant excuse was that the technician is in lombok... For a whole month. Sorry but you cannot ask 800 euros per month and not have working WiFi. Or for the doors not to be closing or the AC to be constantly leaking and for the roof to be moldy and leaking. Definitely would not recommend, extremely overpriced and just not worth the money.

Very disappointed. Paid 700k for a room that had a dirty bed. No bed cover. Stains on the pillows. No towel. Full with mosquitos and no mosquito spray.If i pay 700k for a place i expect a bit of service

I liked everything during my stay. The staff is lovely, they make their best for you to have the best experience.The staff is very attentive and friendly. The garden is so nice and the pool also. The view from the room is nice and everything is very clean and fancy. They have massage and manicure service if you want it. It worth the price.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel staffs (the ladies and the security) were very friendly & helpful :)Its nice to be away in a quite place but during night time the area was dark. Also hearing noises a bit from motorcycles passing byPool was big enough for myself to swim alone. Wifi was strong too. Would like to come again next time for another weekend getaway :)

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the accommodation. I expected what was shown in the pictures. I came into a shabby room that was clearly showing its age. There was a loud construction site at the pool and the pool clearly didn't invite relaxation. The room was much smaller than in the pictures and I didn't want to spend a night there because everything was very dingy.The staff barely responded to my request to cancel and I had to pay for the first night. The price-performance ratio is not right here and there.
