We were there as a family. It was a nice stay. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a shared kitchen and a shared washing machine. There were shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity.Check-in was very easy at a very late hour by handing out the keys via the mailbox.The staff there was also very friendly.We were completely satisfied and would come back at any time if the opportunity presented itself.

Hello, we were there for 1 week and were satisfied.Ok, it's more or less a fitter's accommodation, which is a shame - there is no breakfast offer for normal guests.There is a kitchen and tables with chairs, but cozy would be different! And if you have a room at the back, the smoke from the workers/co-tenants sitting there rises into the room from below from the inner courtyard. Unfortunately, you can hear a bit of noise. When someone sits in the yard to grill, listen to music or talk to their colleagues. Even if you close the windows it is still very noisy!What we liked was the friendliness, the cleanliness and the fact that there was a refrigerator in the room (a small mini kitchen would have been great)Nice big bathroom room sufficient!!Unfortunately there was no normal TV program apart from 3 TV programs but you could watch Netflix and Amazon!!The mattresses were also really good.You didn't have a backache! The railing in the hallway probably needs to be fixed better. Since I'm someone who has difficulty climbing stairs, the railing was very wobbly and it made me feel unsafe.Unfortunately there is only 1 parking space that belongs to the house that we were allowed to use.Otherwise it would be difficult because the pension is in the middle of the city.2-3 more parking spaces would be great, as the parking space was often occupied.These are not serious negative points, on the contrary, they are just suggestions.Because we basically liked it and we will definitely stay there again.But then if possible for me on the ground floor and not in the courtyardNevertheless, we thank you for your friendliness, cleanliness and problem-free registration and cancellation or for coming quickly when we had questions about the TV or other things!!Also, the workers or roommates were never overly loud so that it lasted into the night or longer - NEVER! You really had peace and quiet to sleep at night.And even in the morning when others drove to work they were quiet and we were able to sleep in!!Everything else is just suggestions for improvement, not criticismThank you and see you soon family Wilms and dog Maly

Everything excellent. Kind and helpful hosts which also speak english. The room was spotlessly clean, towels freshly washed, modern bathroom. Would absolutely stay here again. Strong internet, quiet place, great for working as well.
