Functional, clean and nice rooms and the breakfast is particularly worth mentioning. Incredibly extensive and nothing was missing. The service was great! After checking in, the boss drove us free of charge to the strawberry festival at the Hanke winery. Thank you very much - it was a lovely time. The price is justified.

In the middle of Jessen... still a quiet location, rooms are large. There was a TV and a small fridge... There were three sockets, one at the door and two under the desk. The breakfast was very good... in addition to the view! There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel... But the city offers it...

Because Jessen is a small place, you shouldn't have high expectations. The furnishings of the rooms are a bit older but overall it's ok. I was traveling on Mondays and needed accommodation for 1 night. The hotel therefore served its purpose. There are enough parking spaces in front of the hotel. The hotel does not have a restaurant.

Nice hotel, very nice service, the rooms are great! Have breakfast and celebrate in the “Skybar” with a view over Jessen. We had the finest buffet.

I hope to translate this post into all languages that will read this! So far, we have stayed in this hotel 1 day out of 4 and the reviews are already not the best! Let's start with the arrival! If someone is waiting at the reception of all the hotels I have been to, then in this hotel all the doors close at At 12:00 it was still closed, the person only came when I called! Upon check-in, we inform you that we also have 2 dogs. After spending the night in the hotel, in the morning they bring us a sheet where it is written that we have to pay 200 euros for a very dirty room... but it is not clear to me how it is assessed, because the room was not very clean in the beginning! The carpet is very light and has dirty spots! The reception also asked to pay the aforementioned 200 euros before moving out... Breakfast! They were pitiful.. if in others there is a wide spread of food, which is replenished all the time, then when we went for breakfast here everything was already eaten! A lady came out of the kitchen and at least asked to make an omelette... So far, there is nothing good to say about this hotel, except for its location and parking!

Only 1 socket in the room which is absolutely unacceptable. The mattresses are more than comfortable. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is absolutely top.

Stayed here on a business tripParking spaces available, rooms look like they're a bit stuck in time. But it has its charm again.Breakfast with plenty of choicePayment option: Visa and Master credit card.After a few years of coming here again and again, it's sad that people don't want to invest anything in terms of rooms and mattresses. These things are just over.I understand that it's not a tourist area, but mattresses are needed. Price performance is already exaggerated

Wanted to book an overnight stay. The previous arrangement with a colleague was very friendly and helpful. The actual reservation should be made by a gentleman. He was extremely unfriendly, annoyed and therefore unable to accept a booking, so no reservation was made. Because the phone was simply hung up. Absolutely incompetent.

The hotel is attractive, very clean, everything was fine except for the lack of sockets (!). The breakfast is great. You can't find it everywhere. The ladies in the hotel are super nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable; It is acceptable that the reception is only staffed for a few hours during the day, you can get by. We would love to come back.
