Reception not occupied; We got the keys at a gas station about 100 m away, which was more of a junkyard. Bicycles could only be parked and charged in a gas station. …

Hotel fiercly stays in XX century, there's not working wifi and temperature in rooms is around the same as outside so don't make my mistake and stay away from there in colder months or if you want to have any work done on the internet, or just relax with YouTube or Netflix because it will be painfull experience

The hotel is very old... broken tiles, plaster falling from the ceilings, drains smell... no reception... check-in via the gas station next door... employees are untrained. It was fine for one night...but I wouldn't book it again...145 euros/per night including breakfast for 3 people...

A little old, but everything is in great order and clean. Good breakfast. Large, well-equipped barrier-free room. Large terrace. Unfortunately it's a bit out of the way, but you can quickly get to Salzwedel by car.

Hotel is getting old, unfortunately, as is often the case, there is carpet in the room. Was only there one night. Very friendly employee who was solely responsible for the kitchen and the rooms.Dinner well prepared, breakfast buffet sufficient.The outside area urgently needs to be tidied up.I was able to leave the car parked until I got back from the fairytale park.

Very nice location, especially in summer you can stay outside by the pond. Very easy to check in/out even at unusual times. Completely sufficient for transit.I didn't notice the uncleanliness issues in previous posts.

February 1, +2 in the yard, and the heating batteries are cold, it's good that at least the blankets are warm 😅. The breakfast is meager, where you can get a piece of yesterday's sliced cucumber from each other, I don't even want to describe the rest. Reception does not speak English. Epilogue - they were not allowed to wait in the lobby (dining room) for the car from the service, they put it in the yard with a message - "Wait at the gas station." 🤣👍🏻 good gob. Tough times call for tough decisions 😆

Were only there one night. You had to look for the night entrance in the dark. The room was very dated and damp. The night was very cold because the heaters stayed completely cold.When you shower you get burned by the water. The bathroom also makes noises every 3 minutes that you don't even have to think about sleeping peacefully.Breakfast consists of baked rolls and stacked sausage from the discount store. Pretty poor for the prices. Now I have to pay for breakfast outside again.

I've been staying here every 6 weeks for work for 4 years. The employees at the reception are very, very friendly and are actually the only reason to come here again and again.So far I paid €47 per night. Compared to the competitors' offers and features, it is relatively high. The rooms are always clean but very shabby. The mattresses have had their best years for 5 years.Now the prices have been increased by around 18%.Nothing was modernized or even repaired. Since the employees are on short-time work, no one is there in the evenings. Check-in is carried out at the gas station next door. In the smoking area, people drink beer and play cards loudly until late in the evening.For the employees, full marks for the operator for the good advice to significantly improve his host qualities
