A hotel that is getting old but... It was clean and we were able to relax very well. The staff was just great.. Like calling into the forest etc... I had a health problem and Zack helped me very quickly. For breakfast and dinner I can only say that the selection of food and drinks was very diverse and delicious.We'll be back👍

The location was crucial for us. There was plenty of food and we slept very well. The indoor pool was a highlight. From here we explored the beautiful Harz in all directions.

We were there for three nights to go hiking. Great location for that. We had a newly renovated room/bathroom and loved that we had a balcony where we could see the sunset. The price-performance ratio was good, despite the parking and energy fee. Have already booked much more expensive hotels and had much worse. Yes, it is a bit old, but work is being done on it given that some of the rooms are already new.The service was great. A defective lock was dealt with immediately and we were kept up to date via phone call. Breakfast and dinner buffet were good, but when looking at the reviews you shouldn't forget that this is not a five star hotel. We will definitely come back again.

We were there from May 28th. - June 1st, 2024 in the hotel and I have to say we had a very good time. We initially only wanted to stay 3 nights but then extended it by 1 night. The room was really big with a balcony and the bathroom was also very clean (no trace of mold) and everything was clean. Well the furniture is a bit old but it suited the resin. We had half board and we were very surprised at the variety, really varied and tasty. You could even bake your own waffles, great!!! The staff was very helpful and friendly, a big compliment to everyone.🤩 We will definitely come back with our dog Finja.
