Unfortunately, the family rooms facing the street are very noisy. It is an old building and the windows are so warped that there is a large gap between the window and the window frame. There is therefore no sound insulation when the windows are closed in front of the street that leads around the old town center. It feels like every car drives past the bed. But after half past one it gets quieter and you can maybe even get a little sleep. The problem seems to be known - you can get ear plugs at the reception and the employee in the evening was visibly uncomfortable with the problem and seemed to be trying to limit the damage. In contrast to the employee the next morning, who just said she would hire the caretaker - I didn't get an apology for the bad night.Hair on the bathroom floor.Good breakfast buffet and nice staff here too.

Nice hotel, in a nice city. Friendly staff, we only had breakfast, great. The planners of the bathroom in the attic didn't do it right, the toilet with bidet was in the sloping roof and the basins weren't as deep as for small children. Where the ceiling is high there can be a shower and a sink. I hope the corner bathtub is thrown out and a shower comes in. And the expensive parking lot doesn't match the chic style of the hotel.

We were here for dinner. Menu was clear and a page with food from the waiters and waitress from Indonesia. Everyone enjoyed it.

I wasn't a hotel guest, just a restaurant visitorThe service staff were overall very friendly and present. We were also made aware of the special Indonesian dishes. It therefore prompted us to comply with the recommendation.Indonesian was very well prepared and tasted spicyOn the second visit we decided on a German dish. In my opinion, there is still room for improvement hereWe pointed out to the service employee that the preparation was somewhat bland.Price/performance acceptable considering the current price situation

Very good hotel with modern rooms. The bathroom was modern and like new. Unfortunately dogs were not allowed at the breakfast buffet, but no problem, breakfast was quickly prepared in the fireplace room. The breakfast is highly recommended. Parking spaces are available, which is very positive given the central location. The beautiful city center can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. We weren't here for the last time!!! Simply great!!!!!

We were only there one night but the room was great. Relatively large with a bathtub in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I slept very well. The bar. The vault is nice but the furniture doesn't quite match the atmosphere. You could get a little more comfort out of it.The location is perfect if you want to explore the old town. One star deducted because the breakfast unfortunately offered very little for vegetarians.

The room faced the street, so it was a bit noisy if you like to sleep with the window open

A very nice surprise today, the day of my birthday, was that the table was set with candles and table decorations. There was even a glass of champagne, even though we hadn't mentioned anything at check-in. The rooms are furnished to a very high standard, but unfortunately they are a little noisy. Neither woodchip wallpaper nor carpets help. The smell of vomit hung in my room, the lunch I had in the restaurant was mediocre, and the hotel's charm factor was also in the middle range, which is why it was given a total of 4 stars.
