I was pleasantly surprised by the beautifully furnished rooms. Everything worked out well.The only thing I unfortunately have to complain about is the equipment in the small kitchen. There were only 1 cup and 1 plate and no cutlery at all. This should urgently be changed. Otherwise 5 stars for the hotel. Price and performance were absolutely right.

Great thing, book, check in online, get the code sent to you and open the door with your cell phone. Completely contactless. Rooms are great, newly furnished, pragmatic. Car is parked right in front of the room door.You have everything you need. We'll be back! 👍

Hotel without heating, you freeze in October, the equipment looks new, our sink is dysfunctional. The cleaning crew is in the room at 9:20 a.m., even though check-out is only 10 a.m.Just one cup in a double room is not what you expect as a guest.

German and Arabic BELOWUnfortunately very bad experience. It is cold!!! I am feeling cold in the room, and I asked for a portable heater, but they said they could not provide it. This is what happened!!! I'm afraid of Zimmer, and I have to go to another place to change the size of the phone, but this time, it's the same time as the phone number. Top. Everything worked, the door system also worked wonderfully straight away.Really modern.It's just not good for winter because there is no heating where you can dry towels or actively heat.

A very modern hotel with really reasonable prices. We only knew the hotel from Leipzig. Even without a car, the hotel in Merseburg is easily accessible on foot from the train station. We'd love to come back.

5 days on site. Great bathroom, great box spring bed, big TV, huge fridge and small kitchenette with everything you need...we had a total of three rooms and no one had any problems opening their room with the app.

We stayed here for 2 nights while in transit. The room was modern and functionally furnished, the bed was very comfortable, there was also a small kitchenette with cooking utensils for the essentials, a large refrigerator, a large TV and plenty of storage space in the cupboards. The wet room was modern and spacious and equipped with everything necessary.Opening the room via the app worked well throughout the entire stay.In my opinion the price-performance ratio is unbeatable.

Nice room but the bed was as hard as a cot. I didn't sleep a wink at night. The mattress is really a disaster.Luckily we didn't have any problems with the door. But we only had to go in once.

We were thrilled: such an overnight accommodation at a low price. Everything you need is there. Great, well thought-out and yet stylish furnishings, refrigerator, small cooking area, lots of storage space. We were most impressed by the modern bathroom with the great background lighting. Online booking, announced check-in code was sent on time, everything went smoothly. Not to forget, there is no need to spend a long time searching for a parking space, as enough parking space has been created directly at the facility. Great concept.

New room complex with modern facilities and clean rooms. A bit hot in summer as there are no fans or air conditioning. Hassle-free online check-in. Excellent price-performance ratio.

There were also problems with the door, which were resolved after 5 minutes after multiple attempts. Very nice, modern room. Good location (next to the shop, but not too busy, easy to reach the city/lake by bike).

We also had the fate that the door could be opened twice at around 6 p.m., but then unfortunately no longer at 10 p.m. All our things including important medications, our front door keys all in the room. The same thing happened to an English-speaking family at the same time. One room could be opened, others could not.We now have to stay somewhere else for the night and are excited to see how we will get our things tomorrow and how things will develop. Such an unreliable system without an emergency hotline is irresponsible and, in our case, even dangerous to health. We were happy about the comfortable and really cheap room. We wouldn't have needed a reception if the technology had worked. How many more attempts do the operators need to determine that the concept is not technically mature and that a 24-hour emergency service needs to be set up in any case?

The room door didn't open. Therefore only 1 star. Otherwise actually 4 to 5 stars.When I arrived at 6 p.m. I got into the room without any problems using the link. So the door opened. Then I was out and around 8:30 p.m. I wanted to go into the room again, but the door didn't open.2 other guests on site had the same problem at the same time.After 15 minutes, someone answered the emergency hotline and was able to give me access to a key, which I could then use to get into the room.Early on my departure (6:00 a.m.) I tried again to open the room door with the link, but it didn't work again.

Great value for money, but we didn't have any problems opening the door.We had booked an overnight stay. When we arrived in the evening, 2 other guests couldn't open their room door. Of course, the service was no longer available at this time (around 12:30 a.m.), and we were very sorry about that.The rooms are modernly equipped, all in all a good concept. But the operator must definitely get the door problem under control, then there will be 5 stars for this hotel category.
