Hotel and rooms were clean, food was really nice and well priced. Just be careful putting things on your room, I had put one beer on my room, then paid for it that evening along with my meal, however the hotel didn't remove it, so ended up paying again at check out.

We recently went to the Atrium Hotel with a larger group for a business meeting.I can put it briefly and succinctly: we felt completely comfortable here and had a successful event.The conference room is technically well equipped and, if necessary, flooded with light. The preparation by the service, with drinks etc. was very good.The food throughout the day, whether it was a lunch snack, a coffee break or the extensive evening buffet, was absolutely great and there was something for everyone. The whole thing was rounded off with a proper and wholesome breakfast.The whole hotel has a special but really nice atmosphere, which is simply different. We immediately felt comfortable. The rooms are also very nicely designed and the beds are great for sleeping.Of course the best comes last, the staff. We were warmly greeted as soon as we arrived and all employees were always concerned about our satisfaction. Service and guest satisfaction are very important here. Many thanks to the entire team for your performance! Stay as you are!For us it is clear that we would love to come back and can recommend the Hotel Atrium to everyone.

Located right on the highway and still very quiet. Spacious facility with parking spaces. Very good cuisine and great breakfast buffet.The rooms are friendly, bright with a view of the greenery and have been newly renovated.

I checked into this hotel today.The first impression was positive, but after half an hour the first impression was already overshadowed by a negative incident.The cleaner put a second blanket on top of my wallet, like thisthat my wallet could no longer be found.The reception pretty much let me down with my distress.I was stressed for over an hour.Only when I wanted to put the blankets aside did my wallet appear.It would be important to give the cleaning staff instructions not to put anything on the guest's belongings.An hour later, I turned on the television.Unfortunately there are no programs.Reaction from the hotel at the end"The technician won't be here until Monday"!Can't take your laptop!The kettle does not switch off automatically!You have to pull the plug.I also don't like the fact that the bathroom and room door can only be opened with a knob!Not everyone has the strength to open the doors and would not be able to get out of their room in an emergency like a fire in the house.Dear hotel“There are sick people too”I personally can't understand how the hotel still has four stars.Dear hotel owner,It would make sense to eliminate such defects as the architecture of your house is very beautiful.Another tip!Include parking fees in the room price!I wish you good luck for the future.

We booked a superior room for one night. When entering the room there was a strong smell of paint. Opening the window and door towards each other did little good. The room was spacious and clean, but very spartan. There was only one place to sit, no telephone, no safe, and the minibar was empty. The breakfast buffet was pretty much empty around 9:00 a.m. and wasn't refilled. According to the hotel's website, parking was free. When paying, €2.00 was charged, new since August 1st. So, all in all, a new hotel stay experience for us. The level and the price simply don't match.

Great hotel to stay overnight after a long car journey.A bit unpleasant - too many dogs - you sit in the middle of the foyer and all the dog owners come from walking the dog to my breakfast table every minute... and still have a nice shake after the rain - everything is ok, that dogs are allowed everywhere since Corona, but there is a demarcation from the Dining area would be nice.

Good starting point for trips to Saale and Unstrut, to Freyburg and Naumburg and to Jena. Very nice hotel, ideal for conferences, family celebrations and groups of friends.

Overall a really nice hotel, with well-equipped rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast.My only real criticism is that it was really warm in the hotel, at least in the rooms, and so we didn't really sleep well. The lounge/bar/breakfast area is air conditioned, so everything was good. But all the heat has accumulated in the hallways and rooms on the first floor.But that's complaining at a very high level, because apart from that everything else is really, really good.

The food is an absolute disgrace. I was at the hotel for a conference. For lunch there was only cold and really bad convenience foods. Meatballs, chicken nuggets and pasta/potato salads from the plastic packaging from the supermarket or wholesale market. The rest was fried. Absolutely inedible. The location and facilities are also a maximum of 3 stars.

A great and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is rich and delicious.Unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the rooms, which sometimes makes it very difficult to stay there.The restaurant doesn't match the standard of the hotel at all. Unfortunately the price/performance ratio is poor. Unfortunately, the taste is not recommended at all.
