Better to give it a wide berth...Fraudulent activities of 100 eurosThe room is a complete disaster, the deposit is collected depending on your mood, the guys seem really provocative and impudent, never seen such a disgusting juice shop, the boss admits to being a cokehead who apparently finances his nose with his customers' deposits. Something so tasteless

We would have left a GTI as a deposit, but no, it had to be €100 in cash...I found the room really bad...Hole for sleeping, beds moved, not suitable.Checking out was uncomplicated, the room was checked quickly and the money was then returned.Just by the way, I left a 100€ note there, got 5x 20€ notes back...I wanted my Hunni back.

Super friendly staff. Parking was offered as was breakfast. Unfortunately, I received a room that I was not 100% satisfied with.A quick call to reception and I was given a room without the problem. A 12/10 in customer service!

Room wasn't clean. Just disgusting. You can't tell me that it was cleaned. There was still rubbish left there from previous guests. Dusty, hair on the floor. For me, cleanliness is the be-all and end-all, you can't say that here. Location is ok. Everything is just very loud.

For 1548 euros, one night, 2 rooms, 4 people, without breakfast. But water on the floor because the hotelier tilted the window. The drunk technical service, where a cable was confused with the seal, was no help either. The elevator is also terrible!!! Thank you EM 24. To the best hosts!!! Karma...hope you can still look in the mirror.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It is very close to the main train station and the city center. Completely sufficient for our purposes.Parking spaces can be reserved and cost €12 per day. But there is only a limited number available.

On the evening of the 18th June 2024 I walked in and booked myself into the room 101. It was a big suite with three beds, I slept on the one double one. While the bedding was clearly changed and clean, the room was infested with hundreds of bed bugs. I was bitten a total of 35 times all over the body. Couldn't sleep properly for three nights after the incident because of the extensive swelling and itching.A few days after the stay, I wrote a formal complaint and asked the hotel management for a refund, the least this malicious and vile establishment could do when exposing its guests to health-endangering insect attacks. Never heard back from them, not even a word of apology. Please avoid this hotel at all costs if you do not want to have your holiday or your business trip ruined and your body recover for weeks on end from the worst bedbug bites I wish no one ever has to experience .

The location is very promising. I can't say anything about the rooms because we were turned away and not accommodated despite a confirmed booking. There was a rough tone at reception and we were provoked and shouted at. The establishment probably realized afterwards that there was still more to be achieved on that day (1/8 final of the European Championship). The rooms were definitely still available to book even after we were kicked out (for horrendous rates). Borderline experience!

Just laughable!Hotel makes a mistake and won't let me stay overnight. Was turned away and stood there with my things. No help offered.Completely arbitrary because they didn't want to let me stay overnight at that price.Called booking, replacement hotel was booked, additional costs will be covered.Thanks for nothing!Hotel manager really unpleasant person.

We were ripped off and treated poorly at this hotel. We absolutely advise against staying in this hotel!The real reason for the refused admission was apparently a bed bug infestation in the hotel in order to sell the rooms at even higher prices during the European Championships.

It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars for this horror experience.We booked 2 rooms and were told on site that there were BED BUGS on many floors and that we wouldn't get any rooms.We were shouted at by the gentlemen at reception and asked to leave the hotel immediately, despite having booked. That was extremely unpleasant and we never experienced anything like that.At the same time, rooms were still being sold online at an absurd price (€500/room).We cannot recommend the hotel.
