The room (advertised as a Delux Double Room) was in an unoccupied condition. Open cables from the wall, no fire alarm, visible construction foam on the window frames, door frames that have not been plastered and an intense smell of paint (the neighbor confirmed that the window frames had only been painted the day before). The view from the room window showed a garden filled with building materials and trash. No official contact person on site. The landlord refused any remedy over the phone and became abusive. Cancellation and compensation had to be laboriously clarified via third-party providers.I strongly warn you against booking this holiday apartment! Even when fully constructed, this room would be of the lowest standard and would never justify the asking price.

We had booked a room there and had to rebook it due to illness (...which apparently wasn't possible, but strangely enough it worked wonderfully via the booking.com app...) Since we were just looking for somewhere to sleep for Movie Park, we now had to not a pompous hotel👍. As long as conditions are met...On the second attempt, 2 weeks later, I arrived very late in the evening and immediately wished I hadn't come: the path to the room wasn't lit, the lock control panel wasn't visible, which made entering the pin quite difficult. But whatever, it's just a side note.Now to the highlight: The room was a construction site!!! It was as if construction had been briefly halted to accommodate us for the night. Luckily, they managed to put the building materials out and roughly clean them... the room was dirty with spider webs on the ceiling, dead flies (and the like) in the lamps, the toilet seat dirty, the pillows completely stained, torn inside and the Filling came out, etc... You can't rent something like that and even if you can, you can just point it out in advance (!) so that the guests can decide whether they come or not?!?The landlord was, to say the least, not very accommodating when confronted with the conditions in the "deluxe double room". He portrayed me as a liar, got sour and promptly threw us out of the room at 1 in the morning. He also “threatened” us to come over and call the police👍 Great cinema!! At least we got the money back thanks to the booking platform, which helped us a lot👍👍👍 Thank you, boo***ing.com😊I'll save the pictures here. If necessary, just let us know!

For the weekend, my partner and I decided to rent an all-in hotel in Oberhausen. Unfortunately the conditions we experienced were not worth the price! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!! Never again ! Right at the start when we arrived at the hotel we received an email with a password to enter our room! Unfortunately, once you entered, someone was already living there! There were other people's clothes and documents there, even though the room was rented for us! After calling the owner for a very long time, we got another room, but we had to wait for a long time and the owner was very aggressive and not nice! Unfortunately, after entering the second room we were given, the WiFi didn't work and the air conditioning in the room was broken, so even after opening the window it was difficult to sleep! At 8am the cleaning lady suddenly came and started knocking very loudly on doors and windows and we woke up and couldn't sleep! Unfortunately it is also very loud in the evenings and at night! Children and others are loud and can't rest! I can't recommend it!!!! I will never rent a room there again!

the location is unsafe, the door at the entrance to the location had a locking system (broken lock, I have pictures to prove it), also the door to the room I was supposed to stay in had been forced (I have pictures from there as well). the heating system in the room did not start while I was there to decide whether to stay or not. the bed mattress was worn, left (I have pictures).12.5 celsius degrees in the room, never can sleep there.I'm glad I made the decision to stay at another hotel. so I paid for 2 hotels, because I couldn't sleep there peacefully.

The room was very nice, everything worked perfectly when checking in with the code.Here and there a few covers on the switches/sockets were missing and the entrance door looked like it had been broken in but everything was still fine.The bed was fantastically beautiful and you slept very well in it, everything was clean and hygiene products including slippers were also available. Despite the non-smoking building, ashtrays were placed right in front of the door.All in one a very nice opportunity to stay overnight and relax. I would book again.👍

Landlord does not respond to reports of defects, very noisy, too much light to sleep well, poor finish, not all promised facilities were available (no coffee). Not cleaned properly, grout in tiles rancid and dirty. Booked 2 nights, left after 1 night. The landlord already exerts pressure in advance to give a high rating.

I have never seen such a bad and dirty hotel, the smell is almost unbearable everywhere,We booked two days and after 10 minutes we were outside because my wife had to throw up from the smell.And we had to look for another hotel. There was no refund and no answers to our questionsIt was just an unpleasant experience.

This "hotel" has no reception or on-site staff. Actually we should have been given a code for the front door before we arrived. We never got this one. Nobody can be reached by phone, only by email. Luckily the door was open when we arrived. As you can see from the photo, the door has already been broken into because other guests probably didn't get a code either. The rooms and the bathroom are nicely furnished, but there is no cover for a power strip, for example. The toilet flush didn't work in some cases and you couldn't adjust the temperature in the shower. First ice cold, then burning hot. A friend of mine was also there and her toilet didn't flush at all. Since we were only there to sleep, it was ok. But I wouldn't go there again.

If you just want to sleep and shower, that's enough. However, the bed was great and there were plenty of slippers and shampoo.But there was only one towel and at the coffee and tea station there was only fennel tea available. Price/performance was OK for one night

NEVER again!The accommodation was acceptable for one night and we slept well in the beds. However, the service is a disaster! After arrival, the operator was informed that 1 bedside table was broken, batteries were missing in a remote control and neither one nor the other television was receiving programs... (we were there with 2 children) then we were told that the caretaker would be informed. ...after 1 hour of waiting (it was now 8 p.m.) no one answered the phone. The rooms are simply furnished and somehow put together. 1 window has neither shutters nor a curtain, which makes sleeping a little difficult. The doors don't close properly without force. The rooms are very noisy and there were only 2 tea bags for 4 people. Cleanliness was rather mediocre. All in all, you had the feeling of sleeping on a construction site, something broken or half-finished renovations everywhere and the operator's efforts to improve things were zero. Parking options are very limited because the apartments are in the middle of a residential area. For travelers who have to somehow bridge 1 night and have no other option, yes, otherwise a clear no-go.

Rarely slept so well. There are no employees on site and no reception either. Nevertheless, everything worked out great. Room was perfectly fine would book it again. 2 small bedside tables would be quite good, otherwise great for the price.

We booked the hotel a few hours before arrival. We spent one night well.Late in the evening parking can be a problem.The rooms are clean and have a kettle and TV.Warm.There is no towel hanger in the shower-toilet.In room 4 the bed for the third person was very small. The handle on the front door was falling off.In general, if the rooms are cozy.You can have a snack 100 meters from the hotel.
