I originally booked a superior room, but when I arrived, the receptionist told me I was in a junior suite. This was a blatant lie, as my previous reservation had been for a superior room, and this time the room was noticeably worse. The bathroom was filthy, with brown grout and no proper shower pan, causing water to flood the floor. Stains were everywhere on the carpets, making the whole room feel unhygienic. I brought this up with the receptionist, but they were unhelpful and dismissive. For a hotel that claims to be high-end, this experience was terrible. I will never stay here again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone looking for quality.

The hotel offers decent-sized rooms with very good beds and a nice breakfast. We also had a meeting room. This was well equipped and the food during breaks as well as lunch and dinner in the restaurant, which is only open to groups, was really of good quality. The staff is extremely accommodating and the fact that there is an underground car park is really helpful in the city center. The idea of ​​planting trees if you forego intermediate cleaning is great.
