Unfortunately the train is right next to it. Earplugs are provided, but unfortunately I can't sleep with them on.

We went to the festival, stayed overnight at the Komfort Hotel Kempe... and were pleasantly surprised. When we checked in we got an upgrade from a single to a double room...cool! We were greeted with a small bottle of water, gummy bears and earplugs...I didn't need earplugs, I slept with the window closed and didn't hear anything about the train. The rooms were of sufficient size and clean. The young man at the reception was very friendly and helpful... as were the ladies at the breakfast buffet... the breakfast had everything you could think of... we were very satisfied.

Location a little far from the center. The railway is practically adjacent to the structure, even with their good soundproofing the rooms the noise can cause some annoyance. The staff is friendly and helpful.Rich German style breakfast. Beyond the presence of sweets, as savory we find packaged frankfurters and chicken nuggets.

Was there from Friday to Sunday last weekend. First impression friendly reception staff. Room unkempt with wall stains that were not professionally repaired, two of three lights were broken, lighting above the bed cannot be adjusted, so floodlights in the face when reading. Room right on the train line (ICE etc.), it's hard to think about sleeping. The icing on the cake, however, is getting up on Saturday morning believing that the room would be cleaned, the bed made and towels changed. Returned Saturday evening at 10 p.m., room was untouched. Hotel definitely not recommended. Since I left on Sunday morning at 6 a.m., I didn't have the opportunity to mention this in front of Orr. Two days later there was still no response to my request to call back for a personal conversation. So here is my review today.

A mid-range hotel right on the railway line, you should book a room with a view of the courtyard. Unfortunately, breakfast is nothing special and a renovation has been planned for a while.

The worst hotel for us in 2024. On the outside it looks shabby, on the inside it looks worn out. Our room was o.K. - but simplest standard. The location is bad - less than 50 meters from the busy DB line. Mondays are a rest day - so we didn't get breakfast either.

We were there for the second time and overall we are very satisfied. Breakfast is rich, staff very accommodating. The location is not that good, right on the train line, but Ohlig's city center is easily accessible on foot.Parking no problem. We will be back.

The employee has the worst attitude I have ever seen. I tried to communicate during business hours and no one responded. My order was then canceled without notice. I would very much like to give 0 point!

Wenn möglich, gebe ich null Punkte. Es gibt viele Lügen.Run, zzqs, if you are going to Dusseldorf, don't come to this hotel. Because the Deutsche Bahn was late, we couldn't arrive on time to check in on the first day. We planned to come the next day, and we made six calls. No one heard! At one o'clock in the afternoon the next day, without anyone consulting me, I canceled my order without permission. Hello? We talked to "her" and she said she had sent us a lot of messages. After the confrontation, there were no messages. I opened a certain blue software I use to book hotels and showed it to her. She asked me this Is it (b)? ? ? ? Hello, you are really capable. I said I made a lot of calls and looked through the call records. She said is this our mobile phone number? If you can blame me, doesn't your business card at the front desk have this number written on it? ? ? During the conversation, she mentioned the check-in time twice, once at 1 am and once at 6 pm. So what does it mean when you write 3:30 to 10 o'clock on the blue b? She asked us and told us, we don't do it. Blue B, then don’t take this order. The final cancellation fee was deducted from me, and I was asked to "go out".A score of 3.7 makes sense, but I was charged 120 euros for the cancellation fee. I will write letters to the relevant departments every day. If you provoke me with chewing gum that you can’t get rid of, Google Translate will definitely not understand it. It doesn’t matter if you delete it and I will vote for it.You may speak German very well, and that doesn't matter. What I can understand is probably related to your malice, but the Chinese language is broad and profound, so you can try your best to guess. 🌶️🐔Hotelrnm retreat q!
