Rarely have I seen such an ugly, unpleasant room! The room would even put the gaming area at Mac Donalds to shame and is absolutely unbearable even for the price.Regardless of the fact that it wasn't clean, the entire design is more than just cruel.A room with a bathtub was also booked, the shower in the room was moldy in the joints of the partition, the bathroom was not cleaned or only cleaned superficially and the whole atmosphere was more like a basement hole with the "design fantasies" of a 10 year old.Basically, I rarely complain so critically, but these rooms are absolutely terribly ugly and need to be gutted and modernized.Placing towels on a carpeted floor is also a hygienic absolute no-go and with the painted "curtain" on the ceiling it rounds off the run-away ambience perfectly. Conclusion: It doesn't have to be!

Pro: nice, large, quiet room, hotel close to the Ruhr cycle path. Good beds, big shower. Waterproof, water in the room.Con: too little storage in the bathroom, bathroom too small, defective soap dispensers, defective toilet flush, inadequate hair dryer, not enough sockets. Coffee selection was nice but inadequate for 2 people in the room. Not assessed: Breakfast there at €20 per person. significantly overpriced. Conclusion: Not a real holiday hotel, more for conferences and business people in transit

Really great hotel. We celebrated our wedding here 10 years ago and came back here to enjoy a two-day stay on the occasion of our 10th wedding anniversary. We had a time-out arrangement and the stay was perfect from start to finish. The staff is super friendly, helpful and tries to offer you a great stay. Our room was cozy and stylishly decorated with rose petals and hearts for our wedding anniversary/arrangement. The 3-course dinner was very tasty and here too the waiter was absolutely friendly and accommodating. The wellness area is small but nice and you can relax there.I can only recommend the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a training course. It is very suitable for seminars, there are several meeting rooms and the food is very good. The hotel is nice and quiet, there is free Wi-Fi. Unfortunately there are deductions for the rooms. My room was functionally furnished, but was a bit different from the stylish furnishings of the rest of the hotel. It's definitely in need of renovation and the window didn't open. I would have expected air conditioning in a four-star hotel. The food was good, but not outstanding. I give it four out of five stars.

A perfect place to feel good. Everything is right here. Super friendly staff, great rooms and excellent spa area!! Breakfast mediocre. Scrambled eggs from a tetra pack 😏 Fried eggs cold and dead. Choice of little else. There's a better way and it's not worth the price.
