There is no breakfast. Dirty hotel, walls are peeling. Towels are changed.

A case for the health department and trade inspection office0 stars because this hotel wouldn't even be okay for mechanics.The location is great.The reception was not staffed as described and we waited 20 minutes until someone came.The stairwell to the floors was dirty.The covers on the access doors are missing. In the hallway you can immediately see a leak where the water has already run behind the skirting board and this has already been fixed with adhesive tape to prevent it from detaching any further from the wall.The bathroom was cleaned onceThe floor tiles are loose and the joints are not grouted so that you are afraid of running over them.The single room for my son (11) was fine except that the TV was loose on the wall and didn't workThe double room was also cleaned (no idea when).There were disgusting stains on the headboard of the double bed, like hair in the bed. There was a crack on the wall leading to the outside wall and there was something stuck to the room door that I couldn't place and it smelled musty.Since we had an appointment in Paderborn, we went back to the room to get our things because it still smelled after airing it out.It's a shame about the money and I've never seen anything like it, and I've been to assembly work in many hotels in Germany, but if my boss were to provide me with something like that, it would be the last.

Unfortunately, this hotel is worth a 0-star rating. Absolutely unbelievable how dirty and broken everything is there. The first room had complete mold on the bathroom ceiling, in the “alternative room”, everything that was attached to the walls in the bathroom was broken, curtains were dirty, some were no longer hanging properly, a wardrobe door was missing. Bedside lamp could only be used by pulling the plug be switched off... An absolute disaster.. Nice name.. but that's all, hands off the hotel

It's a shame I can't give 0 stars. This hotel is an absolute disgrace. Everything was totally dirty, the walls were smeared with dubious stains. The bathroom was horrible. Hair sticks to the walls everywhere, toilet brushes wrapped in dirty toilet paper. Huge, indefinable stain on the back of the bed. Bugs on the windowsill!! We were lucky and were able to cancel after we saw the room. I wouldn't even have spent a night there! How anyone can even offer something like that is a mystery to me. I've already seen a lot... but this place has topped the previous ones! Stay away from this accommodation!!

The hotel is dirty and not friendly. They indicate they service breakfast on their website and in the rooms, but do not expect any breakfast to be served. After 3 nights we just could take it. We asked for a refund or our last 3 days but they said that was not possible.

The worst room I've ever seen, hair everywhere, I got around a lot but I've never experienced anything like it, everything was dirty, mold in the bathroom, hair in the bathroom on the tiles, long hair everywhere in the bed. We already had the second room, which didn't make it any better It's a pure dirty hole after the first night, it felt like it was itching all over my body, everything doesn't correspond to the pictures on the website, it's a shame to rent something like that and the plugs are just plugged into some terminals, I'm wondering what the fire protection is capitalized hope that this will be checked

My partner and I wanted to stay there for two days but we only managed to stay there for one night, although it has to be said that we didn't spend too long in the room on the first night. The first room we were offered was moldy and extremely dirty, the second room wasn't any better and to top it off there was a socket that was half hanging out of the wall plus a lot of hair on the tiles in the shower.The bed had several stains and lots of foreign hair. Canceled the second night.

Hello, egg, egg, egg.It was terrible. It's clear to me that I don't expect luxury for 65 euros (= 130 DM). I would have been happy about cleanliness and functional room furnishings!Crooked and wobbling rods in the bathroom, suddenly the door handle in the hand, dirty curtains and a broken lock to the room.And an employee with headphones in her ear shows me her disinterest!A nice name “Hotel am Schloß” for a successful deception 😂

Friendly and very polite staffThere is everything you need in the room, except USB sockets ((( . But I think that it costs 45 euros per night. It is cozy, the road is far away.

The room was ok for sleeping for one night, but too expensive. The floor, curtains and walls were dirty and there were cobwebs on the windows. The door to the bathroom had the doorknob falling off, wallpaper attached with adhesive strips, towel rack half falling off and long crack from wall to ceiling in the bathroom. There was no restaurant, we had to go outside for breakfast. The only positive thing is the location"Hotels", the free WiFi and the free parking spaces.

The hotel is closed. Super annoying that it is still offered on booking. Were on site. It is completely deserted. No notice, nothing! Total bullshit!! Nobody answers their cell phones. Number doesn't exist.

The location is close to the center. But that was the only positive thing...Single room absolutely small. Very in need of renovation. Cold. No breakfast, although it is displayed large in the room. WiFi was not available or was not communicated when checking in and there was no information in the room.Recommended for one night max. for those who have no demands.There is definitely still a lot of room for improvement!
