When you get there you have to call first, there are no guards & the door is closedThe kitchen wasn't clean, the room didn't smell good because maybe it hadn't been occupied for a long time, at that time I had booked via the application, but it turned out to be said that it had not been included in the application & had to be repaid directly to the owner, the refund was processed but it took quite a long time.No swimming pool, no breakfastWe will go there in June 2023

Absolute disaster! Bathroom super dirty, the bed linen obviously hadn't been washed since what felt like 25 guests. We left there immediately and chose a good hostel instead. By the way, the owner only told us by phone which room we should go to and after it was totally dirty and sent a WhatsApp message to another room that looked just as bad.

SUPER ZONK, this is the first time I've had a REALLY BAD sleepover experience.the location is quite far into the alley. The check-in system was also strange, when we arrived there was no one at all so we had to call the number provided to check-in. Waited about 15 minutes before someone came. That also just opened the room, didn't explain anything, just giggled outside then left again. we were confused whether it was a guest or not.As soon as I opened the door, the handle came off, the room was dirty, smelled musty, lots of mold and blood stains on the sheets and pillows. The dirty bathroom wasn't cleaned, there were lots of dirt marks in the toilet, and the trash can still had traces of previous people.There is also a kitchen that looks like it has never been looked after. Very disappointed, don't be fooled like us. That same night we immediately looked for another hotel, and the owner refused to refund the money.Bonus: there is also a frog in the room

The room is average, it's unfortunate that the owner is lazy and the place is not maintained. I found blood traces on the stairs and stayed there not cleaned for 4 days. Kitchen doesn't work, no gas, no working fridge. For price < 2 mill per month, it's worth it, but the current price for > 2.5 mill per month, nope.

The manager is irresponsible, the room is full but it's still being advertised, I've already paid via ZuZu but was told to cancel unilaterally... while the offer in the advertisement has non-refundable status... really disappointed.
