We were the whole family at the Youth meeting. Amazing service: hospitable owners, varied and very tasty cuisine, stunningly decorated hall, cleanliness and comfort everywhere. I recommend it with all my heart! Our holiday was held at the highest level! We thank the hotel owner Lyudmila and her friendly team for our amazing holiday!

Since I had to plan two overnight stays in the region at very short notice and the search area was getting bigger and bigger, I was absolutely grateful for the promise. Very friendly and accommodating team. Sorry again that I'm quite quiet for my size, I didn't really want to scare anyone. Five plus points for the watchdog.

Nobody there when I needed to check in at the agreed-upon time. Listed phone number had no answer and no VM set up. I had to leave and come back over an hour later. Most of the staff didn't speak German or English. …

Absolute disaster!I can only agree with the previous review!! We got to breakfast with 30 minutes to go and there was almost nothing left.The boss was rude and said that we couldn't expect more for the price.When I replied that I didn't think the service was adequate, she became cheeky and sat down at a table with us to insult us.Because I didn't want to respond to her insults, she ended up paying us back the amount for breakfast and expelled us from the house. So kicked out.I have never experienced such disgraceful service.Please report this hotel!Additive:Parking lot is not tarred. You can't roll suitcases.Second floor room without elevator.The double bed was a folded out sofa.There was a party in the house and there was very, very loud music until two in the morning.

If possible, I would also like to give minus 5 stars. We reserved a table for 10 people for a Sunday evening over a week in advance and were left standing in front of the closed doors. When we called the boss, we were told that the reservation had been forgotten and that the restaurant was spontaneously closed. We were not informed, even though we left the relevant contact details.The behavior is very unprofessional and I wouldn't rely on a reservation. The store is dead for us. There are more reliable alternatives with Russian cuisine.

Oh my God....my friends, my husband and I wanted to spend a nice evening at the Phönix event. It was absolutely terrible. The hall was so crowded. It was a terrible atmosphere and the boss was so unfriendly. Not a good evening and a totally overwhelmed staff. After 1 hour we left. Food wasn't warm. A terrible atmosphere because the boss was arguing with some guests. She was screaming so badly that it ruined the eveningbecame. That was the first and last time for us.

Today we went to the Phönix Restaurant for the first time and I have to say, it was an absolute disaster! We were checked in before the entrance without receiving a receipt. That's really unbelievable!We had reserved for 6 people, but when we paid the owner told us that she would add more people to our table. What an absurdity! We had booked specifically for 6 people and then this? As if that wasn't enough of an annoyance, the tables were so tightly packed that we were sitting in the passageway. Not a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy our food. And we didn't manage that either.But the worst thing of all was the absolutely unfriendly boss. She insisted that 9 people should sit at a table of 8. When we made it clear to her that we didn't want that, she became downright abusive. She threw the money on the table and said we could just leave. A bottomless impudence!I really can't recommend the Phönix Restaurant to anyone. The service was terrible, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and the boss was just plain unfriendly. There are definitely better options for dinner. Avoid this restaurant! #Disaster #BadService #Unfriendly

18 minutes agoNEWI would like to give minus 5 stars, but then unfortunately I can't write here. I have never experienced such an unprofessional boss. She planned incorrect seating and because we didn't agree to sit at a table of eight with nine people, our money was thrown on the table and we were thrown out with insults and shouting. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. Zero willingness to compromise and very rude

We weren't in the hotel, but in the Russian restaurant Phoenix, which is located in the country house. It was beautifully decorated, the food was excellent. The prices were also okay, the service was nice. We just didn't like the music and one of the singers.

Sleeping well was the best thing about it.... Much insufficient attention was paid to details and finishing the room. For example.... TV was in the bedroom and not in the room where the sofas are... Bad bathroom and many open defects.... Kitchen messy and not neat crockery😬....no curtains to close in the evening😱. .... Light button sometimes does not work.......... The breakfast was of great class..... Kudos to the staff.... Friendly ladies 😎..... Owner needs more investing time and money in finishing.... And the location next to a busy road is very annoying due to noise😒
