We stayed there for a week with five people and felt very comfortable, very nice staff, always friendly and helpful and, above all, a very quiet apartment. Weather was sunny and dry, the area invites you to relax. We were particularly surprised by the boss, who really surprised us. 😃😃😃See you next time, the Teschner family

Hotel is very old, very old fashioned and sometimes has a strong unpleasant smell.It is also in need of renovation, especially in the rooms. These are very dirty, old furniture, dirty carpet, disgusting chairs etc…Breakfast was very spartan, and a lot of things weren't clean, for example the coffee cups.It also has to be said that some of the staff were not very friendly. The elevator would also have to be shut down, I fell into the elevator because the elevator didn't stop properly, which resulted in a 20cm drop. In addition, it is turned off from around 9 p.m., which is why it definitely cannot be said to be “handicapped accessible”.In the pool area the showers were in need of renovation, old and narrow and simply no longer meet today's standards. In the sauna area, the plunge pool was empty and the entire hallway to the pool stank of chlorine.All in all, the hotel is not recommended!! Disappointing for a 3 star hotel…

I can't understand all the bad reviews. Yes, the hotel is not the youngest, but the rooms are really spacious. We have a nice, large balcony and the swimming pool is really nice. The beautiful lights that you can activate are great. We also went to the sauna briefly, which was very relaxing. I can really recommend the hotel!

Hotel is ok. Unfortunately the fitness room is a joke. There are 2 ergometers and a mat here. The breakfast is very reduced. The rooms were clean and OK for the price.

An absolutely recommended hotel for motorcyclists.The rooms are cozy, clean and modernly furnished.The service was awesome.We were there from August 9th to 11th. there, 9 people. Sauna, swimming pool, club room with pool tables and table football........for free.Large garage for motorcycles.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and plentiful.Thank you again for the pool party (including liquor, swimming trunks and inflatable palm trees 😉👍).We, the Vanguard MC Chapter Achim, will definitely take a look again.

We, 2 grandmas, were in the hotel with 5 kids (3, 6, 6, 9 and 11 years old). We had a very nice apartment with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and lounge. The welcome was great. On the table there were sweets, snacks, drinks and for the grandmas some champagne etc. as a welcome greeting.The swimming pool was a hit for everyone.The entire staff is helpful, very friendly and accommodating.The food, whether breakfast or evening buffet or a la carte, was very tasty and there was something for everyone.We used the games room a lot every evening.We were completely satisfied and will definitely be happy to come back.We would like to say a big thank you to the team around the Richard family!Grandma Ellen and Grandma Heidi

So first of all, the staff is nice, but sometimes seems a bit confused. Agreements that were made in advance did not happen as agreed. Likewise, everyone says something different, which makes it very confusing at times.Photos on the website are misleading. Everything was very run down. Mold in the bathroom because the exhaust air doesn't really work. Beds/mattresses are sagging and because they are single, they are pushed apart at night because there is a big gap. Chipped plaster on ceilings and walls, stains in the carpet. I once sat at IKEA and mixed Ikea shelves with rustic oak without any real function. Two IKEA metal tables served as bedside tables. Last renovation not visible.The room is very noisy. You can hear every word in the hallway and next door. It is also incredibly warm even though the heating was off and it was cold outside. Compared to friends, we had a slightly better room. So things get even worse.The swimming pool is located on the first floor. Never seen. It smells very much of chlorine.Carpeting is installed in front of the swimming pool and in the rooms. It doesn't make much sense if you're not allowed to go in with street shoes, but with wet shoes or barefoot apparently.For safety reasons, the elevator will be switched off overnight. Never heard of it but ok.What doesn't really help with security is that the door is locked at night, but keys are left in envelopes in the anteroom so that anyone who goes there can take them and get into the building. Seen two nights in a row. A key box with a numerical code would be better here.Breakfast costs 14 euros per person.For the price it disappoints.No fresh juice, no bacon, scrambled eggs from the pack, baked rolls, a small selection of sausage, cheese and jam. Yogurt and butter are also included. A toaster is also provided, unfortunately the toast is much too big for this. Using a gas toaster instead of a small household toaster would be better.The drinks machine doesn't serve tasty drinks, the juice tasted like sausage. You could let water out with extra levers. A briefing by the staff was necessary.The coffee and cocoa were ok.There is plenty of potential for improvement here.The room cost 250 euros with breakfast for two people for two nights. Insufficient and too expensive for the performance offered.

Absolute disaster for absolutely too much money. I'll summarize it like this:- Clairvoyant- Pictures are misleading, the rooms haven't been renovated in 20 years (and when they were, IKEA Kallax shelves were put in)- Lots of little things in the room (stains on the wall, broken shower, horrible smell, way too warm)- There is a disposable pack of 2 in 1 shower gel for showering (and it is not cleaned every day unless you let us know)We stayed here for two nights. If you want to do yourself a favor, it's better to invest the almost €250 for two nights with breakfast in an Airbnb and go out to eat.

Outdated hotel with a rustic character. There is some need for renovation, but the hotel has its own charm 😉 The rooms will probably be renovated little by little. The furnishings are very old-fashioned, but I don't think that's a bad thing as long as everything is clean. The employees are very committed and friendly. And the location also makes a difference, right on some very beautiful hiking routes that vary in both length and level of effort.The swimming pool is small but nice and clean. The sauna area is manageable, but sufficient with comfortable rocking loungers.We also loved the games room available with a table football table, 2 pool tables and a table tennis table. The dartboard needs to be replaced and was not treated very carefully by some guests. All in all, we'll be happy to come back, we're already repeat offenders 😉I'm glad I didn't listen to the review and formed my own opinion....

We took a short trip to the hotel.The service was very, very friendly and accommodating from start to finish.The room, a studio, was a bit older but spacious and very clean.The beds were excellent.They weren't too soft, not too hard, and were extremely comfortable.The breakfast was okay, something for everyone.Coffee from the machine but very good and with a lot of choice.In the evening there was food from the menu.Before that, a starter, on the first day according to instructions, on the second evening in the form of a buffet and then a dessert.The food was super tasty and sufficient.Alcoholic drinks were then available for an additional charge, although the price was the same as usual in the hotel.Non-alcoholic drinks were available from the vending machine.The pool and sauna area was clean, well-kept and invited you to chill out.Overall a great short vacation.

We arrived as a group of bikers on motorbikes. It was the third time we celebrated here. The first time there was football golf with beer service. We had so much fun and wanted to do it again. So we booked again next year and this time we were welcomed with welcome drinks and beer directly in the parking lot. This year again the nice greeting in the parking lot. In the evening there was a pool party for us. We had a lot of fun again. So, now something about the rooms, we found them all good. Clean and functionally furnished. We always booked the barbecue evening for almost dinner. It was always delicious 😋 😋 and plentiful. One can only congratulate the staff. Helpful and always friendly. We arrived with almost 20 people, and yes it did get a little louder at times, but no one ever complained. We will definitely come back. A hotel for bikers who still like to have fun and aren't dead yet. thumbs up
