If you call it a less than decent hotel, the bathroom is spacious but looks unkempt, the receptionist seems indifferent and doesn't apply the 3S (Greetings, Smile, Greetings)

fraud . Don't order anymore from this application. I arrived at the location. said the hotel waiter. We have no collaboration with the Oyo application. even though I already paid TF. and finally my money just disappeared. very disappointing . Be careful . It's better to just order straight away. Don't use the app. if you don't want to lose your money

WORST HOTEL I EVER ENCOUNTERED!! My advice is never to stay at that hotel whatever our circumstances, the dirty rooms are never cleaned, mosquitoes & all bacteria!! It's better to stay next to DEWATA INDAH or NUANSA INDAH, the price is the same but the quality is better.

Why is this a hotel? If it doesn't work with the online application, please report it. don't just stay silent. it hurts other people!!!I was tired late at night and wanted to check in but was rejected. You can order a room on the spot but it's not really worth the price with the facilities. no way!! it's serious chuaksss 👎🏻

I booked via the Oyo application. When my friend arrived at the hotel, the reception staff told me that his room did not use the Oyo application.I have already paid via the Oyo application and now I have to double pay again to stay overnight because my sister needs rest.Please be responsible for the Taman Wisata Hotel.

This hotel does not exist. Not as OYO anyway. You cannot make any online booking through any site.When you arrive, they tell you they are no longer partnered with OYO and accept cash only. 200k per night. This is much more than advertised online. I did not have this and had to walk to an ATM which then did not work.They speak no English here just so you know. I had to try to understand and figure this all out very late in Indonesian. It was incredibly stressful.The staff are friendly enough but how can they let this go on for so long? I have now read lots of reviews online that the exact same thing keeps happening to other people. I arrived very late to the hotel otherwise I would have left.

And many hotel guests from abroad whose orders from the application were rejected on the grounds that the rooms were full and they were no longer cooperating with hotel reservations...
