We were here as a couple on a motorcycle tour and had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean and we liked the food. The service was friendly and we felt very comfortable here in the middle of nature. The only small point of criticism. The coffee was a bit thin.

When we arrived at the guesthouse as a small group after a long tour, our rooms were immediately debited before we could settle down and we were told to pay immediately. Unfortunately, the colleague was slightly overwhelmed, which is why we offered to pay him little by little later. Rejected. So we stood there in a bit of a hectic state. Unfortunately the food wasn't great. Too greasy, simply fried and unfortunately loveless. But that's a matter of taste. 8:50 p.m. was last call,It was over at 9 p.m. and we sat there alone as a group. Unfortunately, in our opinion, not recommended for a group. And yes, this can also be limited by a single employee. Sorry for that. Rooms were still clean.

The hotel is very nice and quiet. We are with a small Dog arrived. The dog was welcome and it was great to go for a walk.The staff were all very friendly, breakfast was good and sufficient. The room was very clean and a pleasant size.What I would also like to highlight is the restaurant. We ate in the evening and the food was very good. The selection of vegetarian dishes is also excellent. I can fully recommend the hotel and restaurant.

Basically the hotel is ok.Based on the owner's answer, I would also like to clarify the recession!The room is sparse and somewhat carelessly furnished but clean.There is a TV, but the channel list is a disaster! There are around 15 shopping television channels, but almost all of the “normal” channels except ARD, ZDF and ARTE said: “no CI+ module”.It's nice that the windows open all the way and have fly screens.Breakfast is relatively expensive at €13 per person, especially when our 7-year-old son has to pay in full. And the breakfast buffet isn't really convincing. Apart from exactly 1 type of sausage, which only came when asked, everything was pork, so no beef, just 1 poultry and (apart from cheese) nothing vegetarian. And NO, that's just not up to date!The scrambled eggs were constantly running out and the comment: "It's going to take a while!" wasn't helpful. Both the mini meatballs and the sausage cut into pieces for the scrambled eggs were obviously leftovers from the day before. Sizzled absolutely dry and swimming in fat!The house has a charging station, which is basically great! Unfortunately, it's hardly usable if you don't have the right RFID card, as the app is unusable!Please just point out on your website which ones you offer, so you can prepare yourself, because this is actually rare and if you don't have this card in particular, you're stuck...And yes, I haven't been driving an electric car since yesterday. You are welcome to take a closer look at the required “easy charging quality” app. Here too, the reviews speak for themselves. The number of reviews and downloads also shows that it is a fairly rare, poorly rated system.Instead of answering so extensively all the reviews that have a critical tone (obviously we are not the only guests who perceive this!), you could use the time to self-reflectively look for the faults in your house!Kind regards

The hotel is quite secluded. As a result, restaurants in the surrounding area are not available. Unfortunately, the booking portals did not indicate the days off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which would certainly have had an impact on the choice of hotel, also with regard to breakfast.The reception was not staffed, at least on these days, outside of breakfast times and room service. The bar and cafe were also not available. The rooms were functionally furnished and clean. Unfortunately it was very noisy in the house. Activities in the upstairs room and in the hallway filtered into the room unfiltered.Breakfast was standard with lots of pre-packaged small portions and cereal. Cheese and sausage were sliced on a platter, unfortunately it was apparently only prepared once and then the leftovers remained on the platter. The coffee was also placed on the table in large thermos flasks and after two hours it was at the appropriate temperature and the taste was no longer enjoyable. For me, a good breakfast for €13 per person is characterized by the warm counter.This consisted of well-chilled hard eggs and a scrambled egg with a brown surface, well compacted by standing in the warming container for a long time. On the first day there were also small, tasty meatballs and bratwurst cut into small portions. After complaining and insisting, we were given fried eggs. Unfortunately, things didn't look any different on the second day. This time it was just bacon, although three pieces of it were drying in the chafing dish. After brief eye contact, fried eggs were rejected without asking, although initially they only wanted coffee, which, like on the first day, did not invite a second cup. There were also various rolls, but only once. When asked, it would have taken 20 minutes for new ones to be baked.Maybe we were unlucky that there weren't that many guests, but there were 4 of us and we paid €52 per day for breakfast. If breakfast is offered from seven to ten o'clock, I can expect it to be of consistent quality.At this time, the staff was primarily busy cleaning rooms and reception work and could not devote themselves to the guests.

Price-performance ratio absolutely doesn't fit!!!!! The waiter saw that he would get rid of us quite quickly. Food was cold and very little for the price. And we'd rather not talk about the beds!!!! As a guest, you shouldn't have to look for where the fuse cabinet is in order to have electricity at all!!!! Where the 3 stars come from is very questionable

We were there on a weekend in May 2024. And unfortunately I have to agree with the worse reviews.Furthermore, I also included in the only one star for 'service' that the management responds to bad reviews here on Google in a very 'stuffy' way and tends not to accept criticism such as '...have you ever googled the word catastrophe?. ..' or '... What kind of understanding do you have of price-performance ratio...'. Furthermore, people even reply '... Strange, you wrote 5 reviews about 5 different places on the same day,... That's strange...' or ' ...I can't find your name in the guest list, You probably have a fake name...'. Everything is completely inappropriate if you potentially want to show my guests how to get in touch with them... First of all: I'm only writing this review 3 weeks after I was there, and I can do the same with umpteen other places, and this on the same day. Something like that is possible with the internet these days ;-) and more than usual.The location itself is very nice with the greenery and the beer garden in the back yard. A lounge for evening gatherings (because there were a few more people of us) would be kindly made available to us. Parking lot was rather too small for the number of guests, especially since non-hotel guests also frequently visited the restaurant. For the rooms, see below.The (probably supposed) innkeeper seemed to be trying hard and was always nice when he was on site/on duty. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were very inattentive and never took orders in the 'beer garden'/on the terrace, and if they did, they were forgotten. Since we weren't served and were sitting outside on the terrace, we drank our own drinks, whereupon after a while a staff lady told us in a very rude and slightly aggressive manner that this was not welcome. So we replied that we hadn't been served for 3 hours, and all we got was '...but still...'. We experienced a similar situation outside on the terrace (on another evening) at a neighboring table.For rooms and food/drinks, see below.All in all, not a nice stay overall.I would be happy to receive the owner's opinion.

It is in a quiet location and the staff are friendly and helpful.Unfortunately the mattress was very sagging and I could hardly sleep.The breakfast is rather okay, so good.Overall, a slightly lopsided price-performance ratio, wouldn't necessarily come again.

The hotel is in a quiet location and not far from Lutherstadt Wittenberg. However, the peace and quiet is of little use if there are other hotel guests there who talk until late into the night. You hear every word and therefore don't get much sleep. The breakfast buffet is absolutely outrageous for the price. Charging 13 euros for the small selection of packaged supermarket goods, cheap juice and instant coffee is unreasonable. It's worth at most half the price. The rooms are clean, but offer little comfort. The mattress is sagging and causes back pain the morning after. All in all, the hotel is overpriced in my opinion.

Super friendly staff. Great breakfast. The rooms (we had two single rooms) unfortunately had beds that were too soft for our taste. Everything is very clean. Accommodation for two dogs is actually very expensive - 40 euros per night for our two dogs. We have never paid such a high price for this before. But then no bowls or poop bags.Overall we were very satisfied.
