Very bad. I booked via Oyo for 2 nights. When I wanted to check in, suddenly the hotel said that it was no longer collaborating with Oyo. Until now there has been no goodwill or information about refunds or rental cancellations from Wisma Peace via their Oyo account. Even though until now this hotel advertisement is still displayed on the Oyo application! It's really really bad, it feels like my money was stolen.

Not recommended. I checked in via the application long ago but when I got there I was told I wasn't accepting daily stays, and the rooms were full. Even if you bring your parents. If you don't accept guests, it's better to just delete them in the application! 🤬🤬
