It's best to just move hotels if you still have time. The hotel price in the application is 120K but when paying there is a price increase of up to 175K. If the application was wrong, why didn't you complain about it a long time ago? Many reviewers of this hotel from last month said the same reason!.The pillow smells musty. The mattress was very dirty like it had never been washed. If I didn't have to then I wouldn't sleep here either. It's better to look for a better hotel than 175K for rubbish facilities!

Scam on Agoda.
No compromise, owner insists on his price. The rooms are really dirty. Feels like never cleaned. Aircon doesn't work in room for 150.000. Aircon room for 200.000. Don't go to this place!

Booked a hotel using the application, after arriving at the receptionist the price was said to be different from the application, which was said to be more expensive, I felt disadvantaged by this incident, I was tired from being so far away, I wanted to go on holiday but had to take care of the hotel again because there was a problem, which should have been cleared up because I ordered a long time ago

hotel with the worst service. I ordered it on the application and paid in full but when I arrived at the receptionist/front office location I asked for an additional fee on the grounds that there was a price increase. even though it was stated in the application there were no other additions and instead they asked for a refund. whereas in the application there is no refund.For those who want to stay overnight, it's best not to come here so you don't get fooled.

Reading reviews of this hotel is enough to make you curious, it turns out that even at Christmas 2023 & New Year there are quite a lot of people staying here, talking about the price, yes, it's normal if we travel a lot, the standard price is very reasonable, our impression is that this hotel is able to exist through the gloomy times of Covid 19 in the hotel industry in Bali. Our advice is that if you want to stay overnight, just go straight to the hotel so you don't get the wrong price.

The OYO application service was very bad, I checked in until it was rejected because the hotel prices were not in sync with OYO pricesWhen confirmed, they only provided a fund refund solution while we were left stranded at 12 at night and no longer had a place to restFinally we checked in with the additional price we had to pay, up to 2x the price offeredWe looked at the reviews and it turned out that this had happened 1 year ago but there was no improvement, meaning the hotel and OYO were just as irresponsible for their very poor service.

When I was sleeping there was a child outside "Run" at a price of 175. Compared to the price of 120 thousand it was really far away. Find impromptu accommodation for the night before going home. The place is in the school alley and the entrance is still far to the end of the alley (remote). Look at the price at OYO, it's around 140, but until there the employee explains at length, basically the price per room is 175 for 1 bed, the price is 200-250 for 2 bed. Strange, he said, if you don't want to, just cancel it.After seeing the room, the TV didn't work normally either. The hotel is quiet, a bit creepy at night. The mattress smells a bit like the sheets and Oyo pillows, the color looks like it hasn't been looked after/washed for a long time. The room seems to have only been sprayed with fragrance after being used by someone else. The AC is also not too cold. Those who want to stay here think twice before coming.

Stay away from this place. Not only it looks terrible, smella really badly and is messy, but aftet coming in they told us they have wrong price at the booking and charged us double. Afterwards they tole us they dont ha e us in their system and that we should call booking, even though we have shown them confirmation. Terrible terrible place, find something else...
