EDIT!!! What a difference a few years makes... if I could give them zero Stars I would because their customer service is appalling and non-existent. We had a seven-night stay booked at the hotel and we had airline problems and I was not able to cancel until the day of arrival. They charged me full stay, I begged them to reconsider, I emailed them every day and then they threatened me that they would never refund my money unless I stopped the emailing. Hotel.com also got involved and ask him to please refund at least half of my stay which they refused. Meanwhile the entire hotel is under renovation covered in scaffolding and I was never advised. I would have checked out on the next day had I been able to go there. I have stayed in this hotel at least five times, and they were aware and still disregarded all of my pleas for a refund. there are so many more hotels in Fulda to choose from. This hotel doesn't care about you at all and if you ever have an emergency they don't give a damn...The staff at this hotel and the location are both outstanding! We have stayed here many times and we will always stay here. The rates are excellent and the daily breakfast is Delicious!! Rooms are sparge and we'll planned. Highly recommended !!

Large room, very clean. The beds are rather uncomfortable. No fridge, no kettle, no coffee maker in the room, TV broken.Is very central. Just a few minutes walk from the train station.When I checked in they asked for my ID number... When I asked, I was told "This is new." This is of course not true and rather problematic in terms of data protection law. After a bit of back and forth, she said: "You don't need to specify that if you cover the costs." That's not true either...It's hard for me to dismiss this as pure ignorance because I was very pressured into it and only after I refused several times was I allowed into the room without having to pay the fee.

I stayed here as a guest for one night and I was really impressed with the breakfast. A lavish selection. From scrambled eggs and bacon to fresh homemade fruit salad, yoghurt, muesli, bread and rolls.The coffee was super tasty (reasonable beans)My room was clean, bed comfortable.The hallway to the rooms has been recently renovated and makes a friendly impression.The bathroom was also clean, I couldn't find any mold stains. Due to the renovation, the hotel is unfortunately a bit dusty, but that's okay.Thanks for the stay.

I can't remember experiencing more disinterest in guests in a hotel than in Fulda. The ladies and gentlemen at the reception were chatting, obviously privately, and just kept the guests waiting yesterday. That's not enough. The underground car park is completely filthy. The carpets are stained. There is dust on the table in the room. The ham was almost burnt at breakfast. The invoice is issued incorrectly.

Reception staff very nice. Because of remodeling the blinds were broken due do Scaffolding. I hope they are getting replaced. But good value for one night.

Room was OK, but nothing special. Hotel right on the pedestrian zone. If you don't like "noise" at night, you should perhaps consider not spending the night there. Unfortunately the entire glass front is very warm in the summer and there is no air conditioning.

The only advantage is that it is right next to the train station. Otherwise it is not recommended to stay overnight here. The check-in is totally overwhelmed, immediately says "You don't have a reservation". The rooms are dusty, the windows are totally dirty thanks to the construction site. The bathroom is a pure experience. From various stains on the sink and wall to the mildew in the shower. For breakfast there is a small selection of sausage, cheese, muesli and various jams. Scrambled eggs, sausages and ham are also offered but are dry or burnt.Service employees are sometimes hectic and overwhelmed. It's better to spend a few € more on another hotel.

The hotel is very well located for train travelers.BUT the service!1. I asked on the morning of August 7th if a late check out was possible (it was about 1.5 hours); I got the answer from the receptionist that that wasn't possible, the hotel was fully booked, so the rooms had to be vacated in good time. Since I doubted this, I looked online to see if there were still rooms available for that day - and lo and behold, there were several more rooms available to book. When I reported this back, the same receptionist first explained that she hadn't spoken to me at all, then she said that a late check out just wasn't possible, period. In short, she simply lied to us.2. Breakfast: Costs at least 15 euros per person. The cheese plate, for example, was practically empty from the start and no one bothered to refill it. The women in charge sat comfortably in front of the hotel entrance and chatted. We would begrudge them that from the bottom of our hearts, but they would have had a job... What a shame.

Good experience.Very clean rooms.Best part is, it is possible to check-in after 10:30 pm after the reception is closed using the automatic check in machine.One thing to note, if you call the emergency number mentioned on the entry it is not answered by anyone. So good to confirm about free parking before the receptionist beforehand.

The room is very big and 2 complete sides of the room are windows, but the sun shutters didn't work . It was hot , I tried to use the fan in the room also it's not working. Internet connection is also unreliable and very slow.Overall, it's ok.

The room is nice and big and clean. Unfortunately, the beds are very uncomfortable and since they were two single beds, they slipped apart easily. Unfortunately, despite the blinds, it gets light very early in the morning because the curtains are very thin.We would like to praise the staff, they were very accommodating and friendly & the proximity to the center was great.
