It's best to just move hotels if you still have time. The hotel price in the application is 120K but when paying there is a price increase of up to 175K. If the application was wrong, why didn't you complain about it a long time ago? Many reviewers of this hotel from last month said the same reason!.The pillow smells musty. The mattress was very dirty like it had never been washed. If I didn't have to then I wouldn't sleep here either. It's better to look for a better hotel than 175K for rubbish facilities!

It was really bad around 2015/2016 when I was in middle school on a study tour to Bali when I stayed here, it was really bad, almost all of the guys lost their belongings, some even lost their suitcases, cellphones and money. Because at that time many of the guys' room doors were blocked. It wasn't closed, it said it was broken, the girl's room was safe, it's really sad to remember :( Which hotel is no longer responsible

For guests who stay overnight and are asked for an additional price, don't forget to ask for payment receipts so that there is proof to report to Agoda, so that Agoda can follow up on this hotel. If you don't want to accept the application price, don't cooperate with the application, the employee can easily say "if you don't want to cancel it "Just", you think it's easy to find an impromptu room when your body is tired, not to mention the complicated refund process, you don't have to sell the price on the application, it's a pity that your guests are playing games

Attracted by the cheap price on Agoda, I ordered a room until I was asked for an additional fee, saying the price had gone up and the application price had not been updated, but the average review is that the hotel continues to ask the customer for additional fees, if you don't want to, you can't stay, think about it and look for it new hotel, not to mention the complicated refund process, I just took it but I swear hahahaaaa, no wonder the hotel is quiet

Completely noisy because no one is calling... just imagine at 11pm still singing in the hallway😭, the AC is really slow so it still feels hot, WiFi doesn't work especially in room 20, if the TV is already on notice there is no broadcast at this time, from The road in the front parking lot to the hotel doesn't have any lights... for the faint of heart it feels like a horror. Strategic location... but with a price of 170 thousand... the Denpasar area can still be better and more comfortable than this... first and last time here ☺️Oh yes, if you stay here, don't forget to bring amenities because there are no hotel amenities, 1 towel is given even though it's for 2 guests (I don't mean let sweet
