Well, I can't confirm that at all! Nice location, nice big room, nice little bathroom. The breakfast room is in the basement, but still has enough light from the windows, the breakfast is simple, but has everything you need, including tomato and mozzarella... Price-performance ratio is completely fine, we have nothing to complain about!

Sept. 14, 2022 - Very pleasant stay, would come again at any time.Liked · Beautiful, large and well-divided room with a balcony in a wonderful location in the countryside. Very friendly staff, the chef is always available for a nice chat and is also very interested in the well-being of his guests. The breakfast was above average, rich and varied - there was definitely something for every taste.Small suggestion: perhaps the rooms should be equipped with a small refrigerator; a cold drink would be very pleasant, especially in the warm season. In any case, we will be back with you in 4 weeks!Disliked · Unfortunately we had to deduct a point because the house is unfortunately not equipped for guests with walking difficulties. As a first small step, simple ramps for walkers or wheelchairs would quickly provide a solution, especially where the distribution of the steps from the parking lot to the entrance really makes sense.

An outdated, carelessly furnished guest house without charm and comfort, but with dirt and vermin.The room was an absolute disaster. We have never seen such a carelessly furnished room. Furniture randomly thrown together, no attention to detail, cold, impersonal and anything but comfortable. The entire room was more than worn and old. Dirt and cobwebs, including eight-legged residents between the bedside table and bed, spiders on the ceiling, beetles on the floor. A window that hasn't seen a cleaning cloth for light years, a coat hanger in the closet, brown stains on the towel, black hair on the pillow, a shower cubicle that definitely didn't invite you to shower, completely calcified washing fittings. We were shocked. Sure, the guesthouse doesn't charge high prices, but does that justify the condition of the rooms? Definitely no. Because cleanliness has absolutely nothing to do with the price. The bed was also terribly uncomfortable. The mattress was completely sagging and the height of the bed could definitely be a problem for older guests. Even we had severe back pain after a non-restful night.In this guest house the feel-good factor is zero. The rest of the house isn't any better either. The entire house is absolutely showing its age and is anything but modern and inviting.The guesthouse offers breakfast for €10 per person. But how could it be otherwise: here too we were very disappointed. Breakfast takes place in the basement of the house. The breakfast room, like everything else, is completely outdated and carelessly furnished. The breakfast was the worst we have ever experienced. Packaged, completely dried-out bread, two different types of rolls that had probably been baked for the third time and were therefore more rubbery than crispy, cheese with a dried edge, vegetables that were definitely no longer fresh, a lonely bowl of canned fruit, cold coffee. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, desolate and impersonal. The service staff preferred playing on their cell phones instead of taking care of the guests. Tables were not cleared and the water jug was not refilled. We usually take a lot of time for breakfast and always really enjoy breakfast during our vacations, so we got it over with as quickly as possible and were happy when we were able to leave the breakfast room again.Due to the unacceptable condition of our room, we even decided to leave the hotel earlier than planned.Once and never again!

Very woodsy and on the edge. The motorway junction is nearby and can be heard in parts. The beds are a bit deep and the mattresses need to be replaced as they are sagging. Unfortunately no insect protection on the window. Cannot be used with children/walkers or even wheelchairs as there are steps to climb even to the house. TV had a certain life of its own, sometimes off, sometimes just the sound was gone.The breakfast was okay. More of a youth hostel than a hotel!

Simple guest house in a quiet, somewhat remote location. The path from the Nikolassee S-Bahn is idyllic, but a bit too long for our taste. Rooms quite tidy, although not completely clean here and there. The bathroom needs renovation. Overall, as a club guest house, it's unconventional in some places. The breakfast is simple but sufficient, in a 1960s atmosphere. The very poor WiFi was unfortunate. Conclusion: For us it was okay for a short trip to Berlin, also in terms of price.

Absolutely recommended, great location in the countryside and still accessible to everything by public transport. Large rooms, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Staff very nice and friendly and price/performance fits perfectly. We are coming again next year

Nice and quiet area, lovely district. The rooms are nice and clean, but the check in time is late (2pm) and check out time is early (10am).On our last day of staying here there was a slug in the room and lots of spiders in the room and in the bathroom.
