I always enjoy staying in these hotels!I didn't receive a PIN and my issue was resolved immediately.Great concept but actually more of a motel than a hotel!Keep it up

Very interesting hotel concept. The contactless check-in worked flawlessly on each of my visits. The rooms are always very clean and you can cook yourself something to eat with a small kitchen. Perfect for a business traveler like me, simply uncomplicated and of a high standard! Keep it up!

Room booked for one night in Herborn. Checked in a day before. Room code and activation code received. Then tried to get into the room at night. None. Emergency hotline only available until 10 p.m. Bad if you want to go into the room afterwards. The alternative via an app didn’t work either.Called hotel afterwards. During their service times. Was referred to an email. The email was also responded to quickly, but only with the information that it had been forwarded to the service center and a response takes up to 14 days.That's what I call good service, isn't it? I don't know what else to say about that. Revise your system or If, as you write on your website, you expand and now have 50 such hotels, I think a 24/7 emergency hotline is mandatory. But it's better to save the money and leave the hotel guests out in the rain at night. One of the reply emails said you could have booked another room...

Check-in went smoothly!Room was very clean. You immediately felt comfortable. The fridge is super big - even a beer crate doesn't fit in it.Would book again and again!

We had booked one night in Gochsheim. When we entered the room, we were immediately shocked: the room was a mess. Empty bottles and garbage, no beds made, the bathroom including the toilet "messed up" by the previous guests. Immediate withdrawal and after a telephone complaint was assured that the money would be refunded immediately.

I was charged over €500 for an overnight stay that didn't take place. I was still a guest in this hotel or chain. Calls are not answered and emails are not responded to either. A police report has been filed.

We had booked WMM Hotel Wiesentheid room 203 for 2 nights when we entered the room the room was totally dirty and we called service who gave us another room 213 but it was even more dirty than the first one we called service again and it was Promised someone would come by, after 45 minutes no one was there. Again we called the service and another lady told us that no one was coming and that there was no other room for us and that we should contact the service by email.So we booked a room somewhere elseI then sent the complaint to customer serviceAfter going back and forth, they offered me that we could have taken the room the next day and that they would refund us for one nightI'll now give it to my lawyer. The concept seems to be very well received by customers and I have been able to witness the growth of the WMM Group externally.We have now tried many of the houses and only in one, albeit in winter, was there a real problem - the heating didn't work. There was no support, but there was goodwill.The quality of the accommodation and the condition and cleanliness of the rooms vary greatly.Unfortunately not the same everywhere.Worst in Mindelheim, right next to the WMM hotel group factory hall. The sealing rubber on the door of the Zi 201 is hanging out at the bottom and the door does not close properly.Added to this is the unspeakable noise in the morning when the previous day's rubbish is loaded into the containers next door...The supply of cleaning products and dishes also seems to be different.Overall, the concept, the basic idea and the implementation and furnishings of the rooms are absolutely top.Now, instead of focusing on the growth of the group, emphasis should be placed on quality and cleanliness, and therefore on the usable condition of the houses - because that is where the whole thing stands or falls.

Was booked into the room for 2 nights. When we arrived the room was in poor condition. It looked like someone had just left the room. The beds were used, the dirty dishes were still in the sink, the trash cans were not emptied. The used towels were lying around in the bathroom.And because I didn't call the emergency number when I arrived, the management is sorry that they are not responsible for this situation.Guys, find serious accommodation. In any case, I am no longer a customer of WMM Hotels.And before I can post it, I have to rate everything in the review using the given button.
