On the whole the rooms were very clean and OK. However, when we arrived we noticed that both radiators weren't working. (It was only 4-5 degrees at night). Unfortunately, even after reporting that the radiators weren't working, this wasn't fixed. We then helped ourselves by turning the underfloor heating in the bathroom all the way up. Barefoot was a bit warm, but the other room was also heated. Breakfast was rich and good.

I liked everything very much!It's cozy, clean and in a picturesque location.From the balcony you can see the mountains and the castle. I'll be there tomorrow.I wanted to walk all night.But I got tired and went to bed. 🙂

Years ago we stayed at the Kleine König and were very satisfied, so we booked again.Unfortunately, the quality and especially the service have deteriorated significantly.“No room service” (room cleaning & bed making) and at higher prices.There is also still room for improvement in the cleanliness of the rooms.We will definitely not book in the hotel again.It's a shame, this can ruin a once beautiful hotel.

You can already see Neuschwanstein Castle from the hotel. You can get there within a few minutes by car or bike.We were on our bikes and were in the old town in 5/10 minutes.There are parking spaces in front of the house.We had a self check-in since we arrived after 6 p.m., so we were able to receive the keys with a code (instructions are available on site).The breakfast was great, very lovingly prepared and the staff on site was also very friendly!!!!The rooms are well equipped. Of course if you look more closely in the corners you will always find a Markel but you can also find them in other hotels!You also have a nice view from the balcony.Due to the service and the central location, we would book and recommend the hotel again.

This accommodation was a complete disappointment. I wouldn't even call them a hotel, but rather run-down guest rooms without any charm or service.The rooms were dirty, full of dust and cobwebs. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the cleaning seemed superficial. The hairdryer didn't work (I'm not surprised given the broken socket), and there was mold over the shower and moldy joints. The thread of the shower head was defective - it constantly sprayed out of the side, and if you touched it incorrectly the hose came off completely.There were also technical problems: the light switch on the bed was broken and the WiFi only worked for a short time, stopped after a minute and could no longer be used.The breakfast buffet had a good selection, but if you arrived late, a lot of it was already gone and it was only replenished sporadically. Yoghurt was only available on the first day, after which the fridge there was simply empty. The icing on the cake was an expired yogurt. Apparently no one is paying close attention to what is being served.Overall, our stay at this "hotel" was an absolute disaster. I strongly advise against staying here - this was by far the worst accommodation we have ever experienced.What annoyed me most, however, was that it seemed to be rated so well, otherwise we wouldn't have booked it in the first place. Unfortunately I can't understand the good reviews.

Despite the pleasant stay, I must unfortunately say that the hotel did not meet my expectations....the person who welcomed us upon our arrival did not speak English at all...there were more than a few difficulties in communicating. Decent breakfast with a decent selection of both savory and sweet. Room with transparent BATHROOM DOOR (never seen this in my entire life) and very low ceiling in some places (when you got out of bed I hit my head on the ceiling).

The hotel does not have an elevator or air conditioning but it does its job well, the beds are comfortable and it is in a key location so, from my point of view, it was very good. The receptionist assisted us in Spanish and we greatly appreciated it!

Had a nice time, it's a small hotel, we liked it. The room was spacious and clean. Small negative point for the carpet in the room, which could be replaced. We were warmly welcomed and the breakfast was really very good, the rolls were still slightly warm and the scrambled eggs were probably the best I've ever eaten. There is a busy street right in front of the hotel, but we hardly heard it in the room and were able to sleep well despite the windows being open. Definitely recommended.

Don't book this hotel, they could cancel your reservation the last minute. I booked a triple room for two people in booking.com. They did this to us without any apologize or a good explanation! Very rude and unprofessional!

Absolutely amazing! The service was on top, we felt welcomed and appreciated. The breakfast was stunning, the rooms were clean and had a lot of space. When we came back to the room it was cleaned, the bed was made and our clothes was folded. Just an amazing place to stay! Highly recommend it!
