Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. On my first visit, I encountered a real hygiene problem: there were bugs and other small creepy crawlies in the room, which made for an unpleasant feeling. Unfortunately nothing improved on the second visit. The toilet was still “marked” with traces of the previous one, which clearly shows that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly. There was also hair in the towel and the entire bathroom looked unkempt and dirty. Overall, this hotel left me with a very bad impression. Cleanliness should be the absolute foundation of a hotel, but here management doesn't seem to take these standards seriously.Unfortunately, my experience got even worse when I raised the cleanliness issue. I informed the staff that the bathroom wasn't clean, but instead of actually fixing the problem, they simply removed the dirty towels (they didn't even put in fresh ones) without thoroughly cleaning the bathroom. A really disappointing stay where you don't feel comfortable or well taken care of. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Stayed at the hotel for an overnight stay as part of a visit to Legoland.Absolutely nice and child-friendly staff, the food is freshly prepared and tastes great. The rooms were ok, only the beds were really hard.Absolutely recommended for 1-2 nights!

Clean hotel in a good location near Legoland. The food is very tasty and absolutely recommended. Family friendly. The children also get their money's worth here. The rooms are large and modernly furnished.

A hotel that stays in a building with a rich history.The layout of the stairwell, kitchen, restaurant, various hotel rooms, etc. quickly makes it clear that the hotel comprises a composite whole from 'old times'.The hotel rooms (as well as the hotel as a whole) have kept up with the demands of modern times. Everything is well arranged for the average hotel guest in terms of layout, necessities and physical appearance.The service from the hotel is very good (the staff is approachable and willing to help with everything), the hygiene is very good (room with bathroom, restaurant, kitchen and general areas are clean) and the meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are of very good quality for a very acceptable price.The hotel also pays the necessary attention to children. For example, there is a separate play area in the basement, there is a fenced play area outside and during breakfast there is........ ☺️.The hotel has very good connections to various means of transport (bus and train station within walking distance). By car there is almost direct access to various highways.Critical note: due to the location of the hotel (right next to the train station), the passing train may cause some noise pollution.

Four of us stayed here as a family. In a 4-person room. The beds were a bit hard, but otherwise exactly like the photos.The service was extremely friendly and helpful. The children are fully taken care of with painting supplies and a playroom in the basement. The connection to Legoland was very quick to reach by car. Highly recommended! 😄👍

Stayed there for one night for a 2 day visit to Legoland.Everything was great, clean and friendly staff - even special requests such as warm milk for our smallest daughter were fulfilled.The breakfast was also more than sufficient.It's definitely cheaper than Legoland, not far away and definitely recommended.

Clean and modern rooms.Delicious and rich breakfast buffet and super lovely people!The restaurant is also highly recommended!Extra requests are no problem!The food comes to the table quickly, hot and beautifully prepared!We can highly recommend the hotel and restaurant as a family with 2 small children.

Nice little hotel,Rooms are generously furnished and there are many play opportunities for children.Service is also very courteous. They forgot to clean our room and apologized for the inconvenience with a personal message, chocolate and 2 Lego sets for the children. Very, very nice and of course the children were really happy.The breakfast buffet is also very varied and is always replenished.We stayed there for two days to visit Legoland, which is also easily accessible by car.We were satisfied.

Stopped for lunch. At first it wasn't paid attention to until the boss asked me if I had already been served.I took the salad with chicken breast. With in-house dressing. Unfortunately, the dressing was not available on 60% of the salad. Apparently it was necessary to save money.When I wanted to drop down, the service took ages to arrive. Overall I think the kitchen can be ok. But motivation and the need to save should be reconsidered.

Great hotel. Nice clean playground for small children. Nice outdoor area and nice, clean, bright rooms. The proximity to the train station and ICE route is only noticeable outside. Good fresh and large breakfast buffet.We'll come back and try the restaurant too.

Very nice hotel. We had a large room with 3 beds and two bathrooms, a separate shower and toilet. Very quiet unless you have the window open.Rooms very clean and well equipped.Breakfast buffet nice selection of fresh rolls, fruit, sausage and cheese, muesli and two types of eggs. There is something for everyone. The dining area is also very nice to sit in.There are enough parking spaces available.All in all a great stay and perfect location if you want to go to Legoland
