Why just 2 Stars?1. position (5*)Hotels position is great. you have a wonderful nature around, wonderful woods to step in, can cycle, run, walking. amazing2. parking (4*)if there is not event, there are enough parking spots. they are not clean as there are many trees around but free to park. many hotels do not provide that anymore. the spots just need to be cleaned regularly.3. hotel outdoor activities (1*)well it is not autumn and with it wet and dark but it seems the outdoor activities (if they belong to the hotel) are not well maintained. seems all not appetizing. also the surrounding areas of an hotel give guests a picture. i do hope they maintain more as it would be a great chance4. room (2*)well the room at all was more or less clean but all not well maintained. showers missing fresh interior. walls missing fresh silicone in the corners. pips are not well hidden and all looks more like self made installedwhat i didn't like was the bed. i had issues during the night to breath as there was kind of dust and little flies. am not really sure if the pillow got washed itself and the mattress got changed ? pillow had no filling and with it way too soft to sleep. the frame of the bed was falling apart. all that shows that maintenance is on a very low level. i understand all costs but well losing the image is worse.also the rooms are poorly soundproofed. doors and wells, you can hear everything. without earplugs i couldn't find peace to sleep.TV has as well a very poor quality and the remote got not cleaned. was kinda sticky.service (4*) - all in all friendly but related to the questions a bit of missing knowledge. but important: friendly and helpful.web portal (2*) - all outdated from a technical perspective.result: i would not go for a new booking. yes the surrounding is great but everything is kinda outdated and not well maintained. this would be such a great place but there are so many cost saving measurement's. a bummer. hope the hotel is recognizing this and tries to update everything

Impossible left after 2 daysBoss absolutely unfriendly, first wanted to sell us an old room, then a newer one where they stopped painting the ceiling. Color combination was also very inharmonious, totally noisy, you can hear the toilet noises. Old sofas everywhere, whirlpool not available but construction rubble, 2 saunas there but switched off, would have been switched on later so instead of 3 p.m. it would have been warm at 5 p.m. (that's how you save) diving pool empty and dirty. When I asked, I was told I could let in water; there was a tap. But no plug and it would have taken 3 hours. Breakfast was a good buffet. Dinner, although the individual prices were only available as a menu, was 39€ per person, an adventurous combination, cooking life would be better, you can't see how the boss presses the things with his hands. Many guests were unhappy and there was a tense atmosphere in the dining room.Criminally advertising a hot tub that isn't there. We left after 2 nights. Relaxation looks different!

The Seebauer Hoteldorf is not only beautifully located. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. The food was rustic and delicious, prepared with love by the chef in front of our eyes. Acting the boss always tries to put a little more meat on the plate. You certainly won't starve. You almost roll out of the dining room because you want to try everything ;-).The rooms were clean and the pool and sauna too.Overall, you feel comfortable and very well looked after, regardless of whether you come to relax or go on excursions. The reception tries very hard to fulfill every wish.

There were 6 girls and we were warmly welcomed. The service team was always very friendly, the boss came to the table to greet us at breakfast and dinner, which I thought was great. The room was a bit old but clean.Breakfast and dinner were simply great, there was nothing to complain about.

The area is really very large and there is a lot on offer. The wellness area is also very large and beautiful. However, there is a lack of staff, so the service, maintenance of the area, cleaning etc. is not guaranteed. I or we think it's a real shame :(I can only advise against eating it and I'm really not demanding! We had to eat there because we booked through Mydays.

We have been here for the second time. After our first stay was quite pleasant with a themed evening in the cowshed, we thought it would be a good idea to spend a hiking weekend with the family in this old but somehow charming hotel.First the good:The hotel is large and offers enough rooms. The location is great for starting hikes directly from there.Dogs are welcome. We had the suite with a whirlpool, there is very little to complain about.Only a little bit of light in the bathroom, broken distributor covers, loose curtains and very, very noisy. The food was a disaster, actually there was the same thing for three days, always as a buffet and always under a different name. The soups were still the best, the salads were always too little, and we were often left with empty bowls. The quality was lower level, ready-made canned food, frozen food, etc.The food was touched with bare hands, which, unwashed, then went through one's own hair and back to the food. But the worst thing is the hygiene, just terrible, dirty dishes everywhere, we had to return all the glasses in some places.Hair on the food, leftover food on the plates, glasses dull with lipstick and just plain dirty. The wellness area consists of a sauna and an indoor swimming pool. You don't get any drinks after the sauna session, the relaxation room is a walk-through room. Bathrobes can be picked up at reception if they are in stock.

Don't go!The hotel does not attach any importance to hygiene and customer satisfaction.Food wasn't good and everything came from cans. The “Ice Factory” with homemade ICE CREAM was a stand selling ice cream from the metro. The room smelled like a drain! The area is good for hiking. However, take another hotel

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!Food & Service:Anything but, as advertised everywhere, homemade. A look over the counter into the kitchen revealed empty jars and food containers. Hardly any glasses were clean (lipstick residue or limescale) and cutlery that fell on the floor was simply put back in the container. The hygiene in the house is extremely questionable and disgusting. Many of us had gastrointestinal problems. The boss and cook served the meat with their bare hands, touching each piece. While eating cake we found a total of 3 hairs on 2 plates. When the coffee beans were empty, you simply grabbed beans from a container and refilled them.Unfortunately, the all-inclusive drinks flat rate isn't worth it at all, as all soft drinks are only cheap own brands that don't taste good at all. The service is sometimes very hard-working but simply understaffed and inexperienced.Room:We stayed in an “exclusive” room with so-called. Jacuzzi. This was a bathtub with jets, which worked but was getting old. The room was located in the “cowshed” and it smelled exactly like that. When you entered the room you were struck by the smell of sewers and pipes, the cleaning lady knew exactly which room we were talking about. The bathroom trash can didn't have a plastic bag, which is very unhygienic, especially for women.Privacy was a foreign concept as our balcony was shared with the room next door and they occasionally walked past and stared in. The mattress was full of mites, so we could hardly breathe at night. One star for the pillow, the fridge and the big TV.Miscellaneous:The sauna area was okay but had a lot of dark corridors that were difficult to navigate. The water in the pool was at a pleasant temperature but was not sufficiently chlorinated. The outdoor pool area advertised on Booking was neglected. Just like the entire complex, mini golf, tennis court, etc.Overall, this stay was unfortunately extremely disappointing and we would not come back!
