Good morning,BIG SCAM.As soon as we arrived, we were told that the room we had reserved 2 months in advance was not available. No message to warn us. And obviously, we had to pay in advance to reserve the room.The owner therefore told us that she had booked another very good hotel for us 300m away. Result: new unsanitary hotel, close to the expressway, strong smell⦠On top of that, he asks us to pay again for one night.Result of this story: we had to book another hotel for our stay.I think this is a well-established combination because there is a price difference between the hotel we chose and the one that was offered to us. Surely a way to earn more money on the backs of honest people.TO FLEE !With all my sympathy.

The room smelled of acetone, as the owner told us, it might be from the air conditioner, she showed us the next room, there was also the smell of acetone, to change the room, she offered to either pay extra and move, or show another room in the evening, if it becomes available, of course no one showed anything. Probably calculation for additional payment. The rooms could be cleaner, we had a dirty ashtray and traces of a cup on the table. The lighting in the room is not very good. Wi-fi practically did not work, we were given an additional one, but it also almost did not work.

To avoid. Messages are not answered, extremely dirty room! Good: Operators are friendly.We reached the accommodation at around 3 a.m. and shortly after booking (a day and a half before) we asked for information about leaving the room key... 3 messages further... still no response. Phone number not reachable via WhatsApp. After our arrival in the hotel courtyard at around 3 a.m. we tried several times to reach the staff - without success. After a while the operators came and assigned us a room that we hadn't booked. The booked room was accidentally allocated twice. Since it was only booked for one night, we could have moved at midday - which we thought was fine. The "new" replacement room was horrible. The bed sheets had small and large stains, some of which were crusty. There was still a short hair on the pillowcase from the previous guest. The bedside tables/boards had greasy fingerprints on them, as did the shelf in front of the bed. The towels weren't fresh.The bathroom was the worst. Luckily I had a pack of disinfectant wipes with me to do some makeshift disinfection of the sink and toilet. Any highway toilet would have been better. Already encrusted urine stains were the most harmless thing. Mold, dust on the counters, sticky floor in the bathroom, etc. The bathroom must not have been cleaned in months. We slept in our sleeping bags and left when we woke up. We were shown another, apparently clean room, but the bathroom in the new room suggested that no emphasis was placed on hygienic cleanliness. Since we had paid in advance via a platform, there was of course no money back for the remaining nights booked...

What a great little guesthouse. Supper friendly and helpful Ibu Kantie made us feel so welcome and was very helpful. For the price you can't complain about the rooms that have air-conditioning, hot water, wifi and a fridge. Pool was lovely. Even lovely, cheap breakfast available at local prices. Very close to the Sindhu market for cheap eats at night. The Muslim warung on the corner is super cheap and delicious. Terima kasih telah menjumpai kami!
