The location is very good .1 minute from the train station. Everything looks great on the website. But in reality it's not so great anymore. The bathroom was very dated and it wasn't clean. The toilet was disgusting. The hotel was also a bit dingy otherwise. At the second morning meal you first had to ventilate the room. No one from the staff was there. Breakfast is ok. Fresh fruit salad would have been great, as not everyone eats eggs, bacon, etc. When checking out you couldn't complain because no one was there

Price/performance perfectly fine.Rooms have been modernized including air conditioning.Unfortunately, some of the bathrooms are a bit older/outdated.Breakfast is great - everything you need is there :) In summer there are also 2-3 outside tables and you can have breakfast in the courtyard.

We had the family room for 5, very nice room layout, but there was no light in one room and the balcony door in the other didn't close. Extremely inconvenient when it's 8 degrees outside and unfortunately no heaters work. Unfortunately we were never lucky enough to meet anyone from reception. After a long phone call back and forth on a hotline, a heater was placed in front of our door. Unfortunately, everything is not so optimal.The breakfast can be highly praised. Very plentiful buffet and really tasty.Top connections by tram and train.

Very centrally located, parking available for an additional charge, rooms modern but noisy, bathroom outdated and unfortunately not particularly clean, shower tiny and water didn't drain for a long time.Breakfast absolutely fine, check-out can be done independently. All in all okay, but the price is a bit too high.

Unfortunately we were disappointed. Even getting to your own hotel parking lot was bad. The personal pin is said to be available from 3 p.m. So if you get there a little early, you can't get into the parking lot according to customer service. So I had to turn back onto the busy street and look for a parking space outside. When we arrived at the hotel, the first words were...but you are there far too early. Above all, the room was already prepared anyway. The matter of the parking lot was not discussed further. Rooms were OK for transit. Bathroom could be spruced up a bit. Breakfast OK. Breakfast room very nice. Location is of course perfect. I'm sorry for these words but I think the concept should be reconsidered. With a 24/7 staffing, many problems might be solved. Communication helps to eliminate misunderstandings.

Room and bathroom size are very nice. The kettle in the room and the free coffee and tea station downstairs in the foyer are also great.Only the air conditioning didn't work properly; it lost water, so the suitcase and clothes were wet the next day.

In total:All in all positive and pleasant - with the shortcomings described.The location of the hotel is in close proximity to the train station and shopping opportunities. Parking spaces are available directly at the hotel - great. And: There are hot drinks (coffee, etc.) available around the clock.Also positive: air conditioning in the rooms...but noisy.One or two things could be improved: a remote control for the air conditioning was missing in one of our rooms. The shower head holder or the bathtub knob is broken (and a bit moldy). The refrigerator worksobviously not. And unfortunately the reserved extra bed was missing during our staypositive: last but not least, we received an additional room free of charge.This definitely needs to be improved or correctedContact information if the reception is not staffed. Only the nearby rugs hotel is intended for emergencies - and this contact telephone number must be provided...

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with the service: we returned to the accommodation at 10:30 p.m. to find that the key card for our room no longer worked. The reception is no longer staffed at night, so we contacted the reception of the partner hotel by telephone. This was followed by walking back and forth between the two hotels several times. First no new room cards could be programmed, then the supposed emergency code didn't work. During the entire time, the only emergency number that was stored for Maison Viktoria was unreachable. It was only when we were about to organize new accommodation that someone responsible was reached on the number who told the receptionist where emergency key cards could be found. Although in retrospect we tried to ensure customer satisfaction and assured us that the booking portal would be accommodating, these words turned out to be empty. Unacceptable customer service for the money paid...

The hotel has exceptional opening hours and is unable to send an access code on its own. I arrived in the middle of the night and couldn't go to my room. Nobody was available either. Not even for HRS. Customer service - terrible. Nevertheless, the hotel charges the full price even though I couldn't stay there. Not suitable for business travelers. A pity.

Nice room and nice people literally across the street from the main station. Breakfast was very good with a solid variety from eggs and meats to breads and yogurt as well as cheese and fruit selections. Funny and teeny elevator and an odd layout but a very good value for the money. Nice walk into the city with safe streets and lots of food options very close by. Great base to explore Munich if you don’t want to be in a big city.

The Maison Viktoria is very centrally located at the train station in Augsburg. I arrived by car and had the opportunity to use the hotel's own parking lot for a small fee. Alternatively and slightly more expensive, there is also a parking garage right next to the hotel. The city center can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.The hotel has stylishly furnished rooms and is generally particularly designed. Unfortunately, the reception is not staffed all the time, but you can get back to the hotel at any time with your room card. Breakfast was not taken, so no review.

Very warm welcome and farewell - you immediately feel welcome. Coffee & tea are free. The mattresses are very comfortable and the bedding feels very pleasant.We'd love to come back!
