Just been here once, ordered a double bad, in fact you can't have more than 2.. I don't want husband and wife to sleep differently... Not good... That's it, I didn't get breakfast,

3rd time staying here. The location is close to everywhere, there are lots of culinary places so it's not difficult to find food.The place is quiet. Suitable for families.The staff was helpful, I stayed 2 nights then wanted to extend another night via Traveloka but it turned out to be the wrong room type, the staff was quick to call me and waited until I came to move my things first even though it was already past check out time. Thank you yeah..

Our family stayed for several days here. Very impressive experience. The rooms are large, neat, fragrant and clean. Complete amenities. The staff and owner are very kind and friendly. The atmosphere is also calm, calm, comfortable and really homely. The location is also strategic, not far from Sanur beach and only 1/2 hour to the airport. We will definitely come back here if we go to Bali 😊💕

BE CAREFUL: RUDE STAFF AND VIOLATION OF PRIVACYWe stayed for 2 nights in this place. Our first impression was, it was pretty nice. The location is decent and pretty private, the garden & pool are beautiful, and the receptionist (the boy) is polite and assist me a lot (like bringing the lugagges, helping with problem with television, etc). I was ready to give this a 5/5, esprcially for its decent cleanliness and value for money.HOWEVER; at our last day, we go out at around 8AM and we told the receptionist if we can go for a late check out, and how much does it cost. The receptionist told us we shall pay 100k rupiahs for the extension, we accept it and we don't mind. The receptionist also asked if they can clean our room, and we confirm it is okay.But, around 11 am when we were going on a trip on Ubud, the staff called us and told that we cant do late-checkout. We confirmed and understand maybe they had a new guest at last minute, so we rushed back to our room.Here is when it all started. We came back and arrived at our room at around 11.37 AM (the check out time if 12.00 AM) and how surprised we are, they wiped our room clean, and PICKED ALL OF OUR STUFFS AND DROP IT ALL IN OUR BAGS, AND PUT IT IN FRONT OF OUR ROOM. What kind of hospitality is this? How dare they throw out our belongings and packed it all? And please mind IT IS NOT THE CHECK OUT TIME YET.They only asked to clean our room, NOT GETTING THEIR HAND ALL AROUND OUR BELONGINGS AND PUT IT ALL OUT. Who knows what the guests are bringing? What if there's any private belongings or expensive stuffs gone missing?Luckily, I only bring clothes and basic ammenities, but that is not the point. This is a big violation of privacy and so rude.Later on, the receptionist boy who helped us earlier came privately to us and apologize for the incovenience, however he told that it is all the order from his manager. When we are going to the reception counter to check out, we met the manager and told her our protest regarding this violation of privacy and bad hospitality. She doesnt even apologize and all she does is pointing her staff for the fault. When we asked what would she do if any of our belongings our missing, she can only reply that any missing stuff is not their responsibulity, and keep saying it over and over. Please, dont manage hotels or guest houses if you can't even understand basic hospitality and manners for guests. I also need to mention a woman who is a cleaning staff who came to us when we were surprised seeing our stuffs packed out, she doesnt even apologize a single time and only babbling about the room situation.Dear all of you who considered to stay at this place, *PLEASE RECONSIDER YOUR PRIVACY AND THE SECUREMENT OF YOUR BELONGINGS*. It is not worth it the cheap room; i would rather pay double the price for proper privacy and security.Yes, it is cheap, clean enough, with a decent location. But the manner and hospitality of the staff and manager are a BIG ZERO (except for the receptionist boy who helped us earlier, he is a good staff).

If you are looking for an economic stay with high standards of cleanliness, this hotel is for you!I stay one night alone to catch the flight and was surprised by the modern look of the room.It is clean and comfortable with lots of spaces.Not surrounded by restaurants or bars which is okay for me.

It's good to rest quietly

The rooms are good and comfortable, but what really regrets and is less comfortable is the service...We were accused (because his tone and words were offensive) without evidence...At first he still responded normally but the next day he was accused again without evidence even though there was CCTV there. We had to gather evidence first and check the CCTV. If we were wrong, we could be reprimanded by submitting evidence so we could be held responsible...Even though we stayed for 5 nights, we weren't fussy, why weren't we fussy because we only changed the towels once, it wasn't a problem, we weren't given a new toothbrush for 5 nights, it wasn't a problem, until finally we asked for more ourselves because the toothpaste was certain, of course it would never run out. given a new one...The room was cleaned when we asked if it wasn't cleaned we didn't have a problem (in 1 photo it was dirty because we forgot to ask for it to be cleaned and it really wasn't cleaned), our bath soap was starting to get a little small and wasn't refilled until the end we didn't have a problem as long as it is still usable.So we stayed in peace and instead got 1 such service from 1 person... If the other guards weren't all good, just that 1 guard...Please improve your attitude and management, Sis, honestly, my mother is very shocked to be accused of that...
