Rarely have I experienced such friendly service. The management (Janina) and the housekeeping team are courteous, extremely friendly and committed.After checkout, it was no problem to continue working from the terrace until the afternoon. Janina offered me coffee from her office a few times. The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished. Cleanliness 10/10!

Very nice hotel, with character and charm. The building is from the 15th century!!! Each room is different. Very attentive staff. We have felt very comfortable!

Nice hotel next to the Boden lake, beautiful place with cozy terraces.We got a tiny room, with the small window and almost no space (intended only for 1 guest), though it was booked for 2. Better to check carefully in advance room conditions.Worth noting a receptionist, who is very friendly, open to help and speaks English, she answered all the questions about the town, must visits and transport. She offered to change the room and positively made our asks. We enjoyed the time and service. Thank you, we will visit Constance again 😊

I've been there for the last 2 years and have always been greeted in a very friendly manner, it's very quiet and you almost feel like you're at home! It's a shame that there's no breakfast anymore, it was always very tasty! Highly recommended!

Great accommodation in the middle of Konstanz! The politeness of the staff is impressive. We immediately felt at home. The apples at the reception and the water are a nice touch. Cleanliness is very important there. Everything is great!

Everything was great, very centrally located in the city, but of course it was busy in the evenings. 500m to the lake and not much further to the train station. The rooms are very nicely furnished and the reception is very friendly. There were tips and information, e.g. B. where you can have breakfast. I had a room with a shared toilet and bathroom and there were no problems. There is even a balcony at the back of the hotel.

Beautiful inn with stylishly furnished rooms in a very central location in Konstanz. The employees are personable, super friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant directly below the inn, but no breakfast is offered. However, the selection of options within walking distance is very large. Gladly again!

I found the hotel very nice. We were greeted friendly. It is a building from the 15th century so I was aware that the rooms are a bit smaller and lower and there is probably no elevator. Everything was nice and cozy, as expected. Our dog was also welcome.

A great, small and above all cozy hotel in a very good location in the old town of Konstanz.The first impression was really great. The hotel is located in one of many very old houses that are several hundred years old, which exudes a lot of charm.Just like the welcome from the employee who was present that day, who welcomed us openly and friendly and took plenty of time to explain everything about the hotel and everything around it. An extraordinary thank you to this employee who is particularly memorable to me.The rooms are quite small, but very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. However, due to the size, small things such as a small coffee machine or a kettle were missing. The bed was amazing, really comfortable.The only point deduction, if there is one, is for the shower. To be more precise, the shower curtain. 😅It is hardly possible to shower without either flooding the floor of the shower or constantly having the process stick to your body while showering. But for me that's more of a fun fact and not a real criticism.If I have to recommend a place to stay in downtown Konstanz, this is it!

Everything is really right here, the room was sparkling clean, small but nicely furnished (I had a single room), the house has charm and style, the welcome was really exceptionally warm, you have to experience it to understand the reviews on this matter. I had booked a small double room without its own toilet and shower. We were welcomed very friendly. The room was nice and modernly furnished with a view of the street (still quiet), location is very good. There is a package for each bed with a bathrobe, shower gel, towel, slippers, etc. Hairdryer and sink in the room. Shower on the upper floor, everything was very clean. TV in the room. I liked everything and would love to come back. Not for people with difficulty climbing stairs. But close to the train station and in the city center.
