The price is not cheap. If I were the boss, I would throw away all the pillows and buy new pillowcases. It was so yellow and smelly... I felt sorry for my family.

Bloody awful. Do not believe the photos, all done with wide angle lens to make bigger and lighting to make more attractive. The toilet is less than an arm's length from the shower which guarantees to wet the entire toilet, toilet paper, bath towels and floor. The 'white' bath towels are grey with stains, those I use for my dogs are 200% better than these, and not changed daily at all even though they get soaking wet from the shower. Hot water is enough for just for one person and then it starts getting cold for the 2nd person. The 'receptionist' speaks no English and has to dial a friend to ask, then a friend of a friend....... Room safe is not lap-top size and not anchored down - so a pointless item as one can easily just lift the entire safe and go. One evening we came back to the Master key still in our door and it was open!! When complained to the front desk about the incident and lack of security, he said the manager is at home and he speaks no English...... Daily housekeeping consists of making your bed, no replacement of clean towels at all or cleaning. The place is run by a couple of young chaps only. Good things? 1) bed is comfy, 2) air con works well.

This was an awful mistake. The room was tiny, even though the description on the booking page gave it 40 sq metres it was more like less than 20m. The bathroom was massively disappointing with hardly any room to brush your teeth let alone have a shower and by doing so you got the whole 1.5 sq metre of bathroom wet including the toilet seat your partners bath towel and the toilet paper all at once and giving zero privacy since it had a frosted glass door and a frosted glass window on the side of the bed (seriously can't see the need or usefulness of this window.We had to ask for towels to be replaced and not always successfully.It is also situated in a very busy alleyway intersection and each morning we got woken up by the barking of stray dogs and the countless scooters speeding by blowing their piercing horns as they passed the intersection.All in all a very disappointing choice, but the air con worked so that was a respite, BUT never again.

Bed buggs!We planed to stay two nights at Anindya, the room seemed nice and clean, but we woke up the first morning with bed buggs bites. We reported the issue to the staff, asked to change the room but they were full so they couldn’t offer us another room. They were not helpful or understanding at all, said “there is no buggs in the room because we can not see any buggs here.” Ended up leaving anyway, but had to pay for the second night as well. Also, the room was smelly. And the place is quite expensive given what they are offering. The area around the pool is small and squized.* Would not recomend.

1. The bathroom smelled like ammonia, so I went to the store with my own money and installed three air fresheners, but it was ineffective.When I sent an email to complain, I received a reply stating that the smell was coming from a baby's diaper. It was ridiculous, but I endured it.2. A rotten smell came from the pillow, so I opened it and found that the pillow was just brown. It's not yellow, it's brown...When I said it still smelled even after replacing it, the staff washed it with bleach in the pool, let it sunbathe, and reused it again. Shocking.See photo3. I requested a white shower towel, but as expected, a brown towel was provided. I have no intention of replacing it at all, just recycling it.4. I had a baby and was pushing a stroller, but the staff couldn't open the front door.I was embarrassed because they bluntly told me to close the door.5. The shower room drain was not cleaned, so the water was drawn out and soapy water was floating around.I wear slippers when showering...After staying there for two weeks, all I could think was that I really wanted to leave quickly.. five-star. But it was here that we felt at home. Sooo, sooooo clean! The room has everything you need, a cozy balcony, refrigerator, sink, dishes, comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean, hot water worked without interruption, they even provided dental kits. There is a coffee station in the hallway with good coffee. Great pool, green area. Friendly administrators helped us resolve the situation when we were deceived by unscrupulous currency exchangers. There is a laundry service, it is inexpensive and the laundry is excellent. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, overall the location is very good. I would love to return to this guest house. My only small wish is that it would be great if there was a hairdryer in the room)

Good location, polite staff, nice courtyard, sufficient room size. Within 350m, you can find everything you need (huge shopping center, small shops, restaurants, beach)The washing of the laundry was of good quality and at a reasonable price. (20,000 IDR/kg)What was missing...We spent 3 nights here. During this time, our room was not cleaned or changed (it's true that we didn't ask for it! Although they didn't ask us if we wanted it?!

I stayed for 3 nights in July. First of all, it was clean.The room size was small, but it was fine for two people. There is no breakfast, but there are many restaurants nearby.Staff Agus is also friendly and friendly.Thank you for taking care of everything for me🖐one! There are a lot of dogs when I come and go in the alley.I feel nervous every time I go back and forth~~100That was a bit difficultOther than that, great value for money👍

I chose it because of the good reviews. We stayed for 6 days.(Toothbrushes provided, plates and cups provided. Water is provided, but there is scale on the water bottle cap. The electric pot is covered in scale and limescale. Shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer, Wi-Fi is provided. There is a TV but it does not work. Swimming pool. The swimming pool water was clean, the room was never cleaned while I was there)There was sand on the blankets in the room, the pillows were moldy and damp and they did not replace them, and the smell of sewage in the kitchen was difficult.I used rooms 2 and 3 on the first floor, and the kitchen sink in room 3 had a sewer smell and water leaking, making it difficult to sleep.Boss, please clean the room and make the pillows and blankets cleaner.

Great room, very clean and comfortable.Tucked away, so nice and quiet but still walking distance to everything you need.Pool was super clean and setting in the garden made it very tranquil.The guys running the place were great as well. Good comms, and nothing a problem.Recommend!
