It's really annoying and unprofessional, I booked almost a month in advance with a down payment that wasn't small, but when my guests arrived, the room I booked was usually given to someone else. When I complained, the promise would be given tomorrow, but when I visited it still hadn't been replaced. Please, if you work in the field of cuts satisfaction services, please use your services to be provided as best as possible. Don't just take money up front and then be irresponsible for your service. Which room has a broken bathroom? I want to say harsh words but it's useless. Even if you complain, you can still relax. No longer using your services

It's really cute when you first enter, but when you get to your room 😭😭🙏the room was dirty, dark, the pillows smelled, dull, lots of mosquitoes. The door is really noisy, it gets stuck/dragged to the point where you have to push it with your body!! the bathroom smells, the shower is really bad, the hose is leaking, the closet smells really bad😭😭😭 for the price of 200+ it's not worth it! first n last stay here!!

The location in West Denpasar is not too far if you want to go to Sanur beach or Kuta beach, about 10 km, about 30 minutes to the airport too... the rooms are comfortable, it looks like the air conditioning needs to be serviced which is not cold enough...

The second floor room is quite spacious, the bathroom is quite clean except for the sink and the swimming pool needs maintenance to make it cleaner. Over all, good friendly service. Stayed here for 3 days. It was quite comfortable. AC, TV, WiFi, hot water and cold water function well 😇

it's a affordable option for backpacker, the room was good.
just the pool is not clean, I want to swimming there's but the water was green, also the toilet / shower really need improvement on the hygienic

Overall ok, order a regular room which is quite spacious, there is a swimming pool too. The shallow & deep ones but you still have to look after them if you bring children. There is also a piano in the waiting room for those who are confused. Smoking is prohibited here. But there were only guests who smoked. If you have anything, just ask the staff, they're friendly.
