The hotel is centrally located and the connection to public transport is ideal. It offers everything you need for a vacation. Nature and city, shopping nearby and the necessary peace and quiet at night. Positive that the room is only cleaned daily if requested. The staff was very friendly and the overall stay was pleasant. Recommended*****

Everything good that I have read about the hotel is true, this review is to add some non-negative but descriptive comments:- there is no elevator "because it is very expensive" two floors in the worst case.- There is no air conditioning, a small and noisy fan if you get a heat wave like me.- Parking is based on the number of guests, it is not reserved or anything.- It is better that the room faces the church, on the other side there is a pizzeria (closed when I was there) with a terrace so I can imagine the noise at night if it catches you open. There is also a supermarket that is already placing the merchandise at 7 in the morning, if you have the window open because of the heat it wakes you up.- breakfast not very varied but not bad, you can go out to a terrace.- I stayed two nights and they did not clean the room, which was small but clean.I do not comment on the positive explicitly so as not to expand on what I already say is true as well.The hotel is staffed only until 6:00 p.m.

We stayed at Vivavelo Hotel for one night.The price for the location is ok. In the evening we were at the Seepark within 5 minutes, which many people use as a local recreation area. There were enough free parking spaces.The room was ok. Nothing special. Cleanliness was ok. The reception in the evening by an older gentleman was very nice.WiFi didn't work for us.Two lamps in the room were also broken.

Modern rooms, delicious breakfast and super friendly staff. Definitely recommended for short stays (1-3 nights). The free S-Bahn tickets and the proximity to Flückinger See (5 minutes walk) are great. There are free parking spaces directly at the hotel. Restaurants, supermarkets etc. are within walking distance in the immediate vicinity.

We stayed here for one night as a stopover to France.The hotel is clean and the reception was very friendly. Of course, the free tram tickets were perfect, so we were in the city center within a few minutes.

Don't expect too much. For 2 nights it is alright. It is not very cozy, cleanliness is very lacking.The room did not come equipped with a fridge which is rather inconvenient. Also wifi signal is very poor.However, it is conveniently located next to a Penny store which is opened until 10pm! Also the Seepark is very close, here you can go for a walk or run or just sit down and relax. Moreover you get a free public transport ticket for the duration of your stay, very neat.Checking in almost proved to be a problem, as the counter is only occupied until 6pm!

We were in Freiburg last week for my cousin's confirmation.After a short preliminary research we came across this hotel. From the main station it only takes 6 minutes to get to the hotel by tram. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.Unfortunately, on the way home we realized that we had forgotten important, expensive valuables.But the Viavelo team searched our room several times and finally found everything under the mattress. True to the house's motto: "Nothing has ever gotten away from us - we find everything again".We'll definitely be back!

Accustomed to stays in Freiburg, it was the first time that we had booked this hotel without any particular expectations, just attracted by the rave comments from certain users.The rooms are simple, but the comfort and cleanliness are excellent. The services are, however, well beyond what can be expected for this price: free parking, proximity to transport, public transport pass for the duration of the stay free for all registered travelers, bike rental possible for €10 per person. day and ESPECIALLY: the kindness and availability of the staff, Christopher is attentive and adorable.For our next trip to Freiburg we will remember the address.THANKS
