We used to be regulars there. Mr. Schulz is now offering goose dinners for pickup in November. We were happy to take note of that. The portions were so big that we still have something to eat tomorrow. In any case, it tasted wonderful, just like before.

We think the place is great. In contrast to many other restaurants, the sauces, dumplings, roulades, soups, etc. are homemade. With super cheap prices, I can live with canned mushrooms.We often go out to eat, sometimes international, but only at the “Bär” for a good home-style meal.Hopefully the landlord will continue for a few more years.

We had food from bears today on December 25th, 2020. Marrow dumpling soup as a starter. Roast venison with dumplings and red cabbage as the main course. Dessert was cinnamon cream with apple pieces. As always, very tasty. We say thank you for your effort. Keep it up.

Went here with 5 people at Pentecost: lunch menu was good. The 4 other dishes average. Inflexible when making changes (fried potatoes instead of potatoes), unfortunately only cheap juices offered and not 100% juices. Service mediocre and unfriendly farewell. Sauces not tasty and out of the bag. Result: we won't be coming back and can't recommend it either.

Friendly service, very dignified atmosphere. Nothing upscale but something to make you feel good.I can't say anything about the guesthouse because I was only in the restaurant.Unfortunately, they will probably close at the end of the year. So if you want to eat delicious chicken again, you'll have to go there again this year

The beds are not that comfortable.The air in the room is musty according to the ambience.And it is very difficult to keep the temperatures in the room down in summer because there are no external blinds.There are no fly screens either, so ventilating at night is not recommended.But basically considering the price in combination with the service it's quite okay.The in-house WiFi is a bit weak, meaning it doesn't reach everywhere.If you pay little, you only get what you get.The main thing is that the bathroom in the room was clean.

The food was below average. The sauce was a simple brown broth with lots of peppers, the meat was TK Aldi or other supermarket just nogo. The other dishes were also far from good. Simply unreasonable. I recommend eating at the chip shop.
