The staff was not friendly and they weren't told that they couldn't bring their partner, even though they didn't get there until they checked in even though they had already paid.

Quite noisy place, no toilet paper or hot water, bathroom not very clean, no wifi, and difficulty communicating with staff. The rest of the premises are clean, good proximity to everything; located between Denpasar and Sanur. For travelers, I do not recommend this hotel as a first stay, but once accustomed to the country, this hotel can be satisfactory for a good price.

The place is really nice, overall I'm satisfied staying here, it's really comfortable. Would love to stay here if I go to Bali again!!

Located between Denpasar & Kuta area, so it's easy to reach both area from here. Property was good and well furnished, rooms are cozy and the building are well maintained. Cheap but not bad!
