It's OK, a little bit outdated, lovely view, Decor was really old style, inside and outside it was very run down, the Internet was hardly working, the hotel is isolated and a bit hard to get to. Parking is free.Room was cold. On the plus side, the lady who welcomed us was super friendly, breakfast was plenty,...I think for what we paid, it is not value for money

Great place to go if you want easy access to some nice hiking in the area. I found the place was in need of a bit of renovation. The staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on most of the days we were there, but there was only noodles for vegetarians, so we didn't have a ton of choice anyway and thus ended up going into town for food.

Hotel is ok if you are traveling. Great location to hike.||The sanitair is out dated, but clean. For one night we did not bother.||Food and service in the restaurant is good. Good choices during breakfast.

Older house, definitely in need of renovation here and there, everything is a bit old, including the bathroom. Nevertheless: the house and rooms were incredibly comfortable, quiet location, we were lucky to have a balcony view. The breakfast buffet was very good. Not as overloaded as one often experiences, but it was enough for us. If I remember, there were several varieties of fresh bakery rolls. Everything somehow “with heart”, that’s how it seemed to us. Very polite, friendly, pleasant, warm and attentive housekeeping. Although everything is a bit older and, as you say, classic, traditional, maybe even a bit old-fashioned, we felt much more comfortable here than in another, modern house in the same place where we had also stayed. We also found the breakfast in Hagen to be much better. It was easy for us to overlook the small renovation deficits. For me it's something like a little insider tip of a different kind. Hotel im Hagen will definitely remain on my wish list.Thank you again for the pleasant stay.

I regularly go there for lunch with a larger group. There is a tasty three-course menu at reasonable prices. The portions are generous, we always get seconds without asking, we can't eat that much. My group has been going there for many years, I've been there for almost four years now, and we're all always very satisfied.

I had a fairly large, clean room. The house is very quiet on the edge of the forest, it's almost a challenge to find it.||The whole hotel is 80s (maybe 70s) style. It could really be modernized. …

Nice hotel, decent rooms, quiet location. You shouldn't expect much but it's okay for 1-3 nights. Breakfast is good and there is a lot of choice. Facility is very old but pretty clean. Location is nice, in the middle of nowhere but easy to find, on a hill with good views!

Were invited to a family celebration. Hall beautifully decorated and round tables with “Corona distance”. Appetizer and dessert served at the table. Soup served at the buffet. Heat containers for meat and side dishes at a distance from each other. All dishes extremely tasty. Very good and friendly service. In a word: satisfied!
