I have experienced the worst ever kind of behaviour from the buschhausen hotel receptionist itself. I was looking for a mini job there and i got the contract there also. But after meeting the women in the desk in the morning everything went upside down. She was rude to me in the morning itself.i thought this was one of a kind experience as this is not usual in educated people. But the review section proves that for everyone she left some pathetic replies.

We stayed here for 8 nights+++:An iron was available when we asked.Room service were friendly and cleaned on time.Check in and check out were relatively easy.Located in a calm area.---:The room is very old and not well furnished, there's no kettle or fridge or really any way to make a cup of tea in the room which was very inconvenient.. I've never seen an hotel do this. There is no safe to keep your stuff.. The wardrobe can get locked tho.The internet connection in our room was very bad.. Not reliable if you have to work. The location is bad, there's no supermarket or restaurant that can be reached within walking distance, and is at least 15 min. ride till city center. Conclusion:Would only recommend it if you need a bed to stay and head out, not even drink a cup of tee or keep your drinks cold. All that made the stay a bit inconvenient so don't expect anything fancy.

We stayed here as part of a coach trip. It is a cosy little family owned place, the room sizes & types varied, but ours was a decent sized twin, no complaints there.  …

We came for the new years eve celebration with Shearing. We were disappointed with the hotel in pretty much all aspects. I think it truly is a 3 star and no more. The bathroom was tired and the shower out of the 70's. No tea or coffee in the room. The towels were more like dish towels. Very hard and very small. When we arrived at 8pm we were told the chef had gone. Initially we thought that was only for the evening but we then wondered if infact they ever had a chef. Certainly I've had better in any pub.The food was not interesting and drinks could only be purchased with cash. One wonders if they are avoiding tax because no receipts were offered.Queuing to get a meal was funny at first but having it served canteen style was not good. I’ve never had to queue to be served from canteen dishes in a hotel before. There was little choice and what was presented was in many cases over cooked.A comment was made that it was German cuisine but over cooked meat and pasta and frozen veg is not in my experience classic German cuisine. Our room was a reasonable size and the beds quite comfortable but when looking closer we found the cleaning wasn’t to a good standard. We were unable to open the balcony door. The TV was predominantly German but we were given a list of channels that were English but when we tried them none worked. There is a landline telephone in the rooms but from speaking to others, none of them workThere are a couple of positives. In most cases the staff tried to be helpful and are friendly and speak good English in most cases. On new years eve we had a nine course banquet and .waiter service Why this could have been done on a smaller basis on other evenings is a question. The breakfast was served in a continental way and was reasonable although as a bit of a coffee snob I found the morning coffee over stewed.Overall the hotel isn’t great . It was a disappointing holiday in so many ways but we met some interesting people

As part of a coach tour we stayed at this hotel on the first and last nights on the way to and from the Black Forest. The tour company had not used this hotel before but we had a very pleasant experience for our two nights.  …
