At night, it's a bit noisy with music because there might be a club or cafe near Cove Kanaya, the toilet water smells bad, please check, the road is a bit damaged when you enter but it can still be passed well.The facilities are very good (sink, toilet, work desk, nightstand, AC, bed, cupboard, glass, for the public there is a pool, clean sharing kitchen, sufficient parking space for cars and motorbikes), for monthly stays this place is highly recommended, The staff is very helpful, they also routinely clean the public areas every day, Cove Kanaya's cleanliness is relatively good. the location is close to everywhere because it is in the city center. Recommendation to stay here❤️

The rooms are cleaned every day, quite clean, the place is comfortable and nice, like those with Muslims because there are no offerings like that. It's a shame there isn't a hanger + the shower water, try as big as the shower jet, it's extra yahutt... but it's okay to order, it's okay... it's better to look for a place to eat nearby

This is actually the worst place I've ever stayed. The location and lovely staff are the only reason I can actually justify 1 star. They don't advertise the washroom, and it's horrendous. Like Bates motel bad. I politely asked to leave with a refund for the days I had upcoming and nothing from both Cove customer service and Agoda. They both apologized, recognizing the photos were not okay. I left early and still Agoda only offered me peanuts for compensation. Horrible, do not recommend at all.

First time staying at COVE, and had the opportunity to stay at COVE Kanaya. In terms of advertising and marketing, I'm honestly interested because it seems like the service and quality of the rooms are good.BUT IT turned out that I was immediately disappointed as disappointed as I was, booked straight to Kanaya and got a fairly pricey price (its okay because it was high season) and for that price it should be worth it to get decent facilities.Placed on the 3rd floor where there is no lift and you have to go up the stairs, the bathroom is as dirty as it is dirty, the blankets are as thin as they are in a poor hotel, you can't even get a hanger, can't imagine staying for 3 days without a hanger being provided. Just for information, COVE Street enters an alley and is still bad. For access to motorbikes and cars, hopefully next time it will be better, the service is not fast and there are lots of mistakes with the officers.The point is, hopefully in the future it can be repaired again, and hopefully you won't be traumatized by staying at another COVE.

Been staying for more than a month here. Honestly speaking, Cove Team and Cove Kanaya’s staffs have been very helpful and kind. I couldn’t complain a single thing.My room is regularly cleaned once a week. They have co working space area, and pretty decent swimming pool to use. Besides, I love how strategic the location is whereby it is surrounded by alot of local restaurants that could fulfill my long-craveOverall, I really enjoy my stay here

In general not bad. But the servants & rules are very detrimental.1. The first time I entered, the door couldn't be opened and the wait for the person took a long time. (Approximately half an hour)2. The shower water only drips. The wait to be checked in/checked was also quite long.The first day's impression was really bad... but, that's okay... (I'm patient because the team's solution is just to hold out until the contract ends, otherwise the security deposit is around 1.6 million and you can't get it back 😁🫣)3. The water was really cloudy in the chat, I didn't reply, I didn't reply until the next day. No solution. And the solution is still: hold on until the contract ends or the deposit money is not returned (do you have to stay in a situation like that for the next 2 months????? 🫠🫠🫠)4. One night, suddenly someone wanted to open the bedroom door with Oaksa. It's okay, just think of it as a stray 🫠🫠5. Close to a cafe where at night there is the sound of singing. But, its okay once again. This is part of the risk of living in the city centerIt's ok, every business has its own house rules and regulations, but I think service must still be put first.It's not just a matter of deposit money not being returned, but this is about service, handling complaints and the solutions provided. Is it true that with all that discomfort I have to endure it for 2 months?? Who will guarantee that there will be no further 'surprises'?

The place is cozy, clean and the service is really good. They have water dispenser on every floor and its convenient for us who are tooooo lazy to go out and buy water. Will definitely come back here for sure !

Honestly speaking i was very disappointed with cove kanaya and cove management1. I rent for 4.5 mio in rupiah with expectation at least we can feel confortable2. Turns out the room was dirty3. They said ut has a balcony it is a corridor only4. the room rent was not including blanket so i have to rent 400 thousand rupiah5. I complaint i want to change the room. They not allow us to move to another room even though its availableI wish i could give a screen shot chat between me and cove managementIts sucks theres no action after customer complaint a lot of places thats more worth it than this!If you want to have the same experience like me, then you can try but belueve me you won’t
