I do not recommend this hotel. when we arrived, we didn't have a reservation. the staff is rude. after looking at other comments it turns out we are not alone. they say the owner has changed and there are no available rooms.

The hotel lady was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was good. Actually there was nothing to complain about. You can't understand the 1 star reviews.

A bad joke. Booked and paid for. Nobody there. Nobody answers calls. Nobody responds to messages. No parking spaces. Had to book another hotel at short notice. Definitely not recommended!!!

The staff at this hotel is very friendly and dedicated, and the atmosphere in the hotel is just great. As a welcome, swan towels and rose petals were even arranged on our bed, which was really very thoughtful! If the opportunity arises, we will definitely come to this hotel again!

Scary, the staff has very little desire to take care of the customer and also takes a little longer! The rooms are dirty, the drains are blocked and the beds are lumpy!Breakfast is not even offered and at a price🤦♂️

We had booked breakfast for two people, price with breakfast 109 EUR, price without breakfast 77 EUR on booking.com. Since we booked with breakfast, booking.com charged EUR 109.When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a woman wearing a headscarf and the woman's husband was sitting in the dark at the end of the hallway. We were told that there would be no breakfast tomorrow, without giving any reason and that we would be refunded the money for breakfast when we left tomorrow.The next morning, apart from one other guest, there was no one in the hotel. The guest said there is never anyone here in the morning (8:30 a.m.). That means we didn't get a refund or an invoice.The hotel cannot be reached by telephone, no one answers the phone or responds to emails!We had to report the issue via a Booking.com complaint portal, which only resulted in us receiving an invoice but no refund for the breakfast not received.NEVER AGAIN this hotel and NEVER AGAIN booking.com.

After we booked a nice cheap price from this hotel. And after we had booked the question again, this is correct. We received this, this is correct. A few days later they came back and had to cancel or pay the higher price. No excuse or the right price with a small compensation in the new price. Unfortunately, I got the wrong impression of this hotel now that they have just started again. This could have been a nice advertisement, unfortunately we made a mistake, but you still get a discount on the price.

I made two bookings. These were confirmed by the hotel.Then cancellation notices came and it was re-offered at a significantly higher price.Cannot be reached by phone, emails remain unanswered.IMPOSSIBLE AND NEVER AGAIN!!!(Also read on other platforms)

the rooms are very tidy and clean, we were very very satisfied. The location is really good, there are supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi) right near the hotel, but we were also very satisfied with the service. The employee is super friendly and a very good host. You feel very comfortable.

Very accommodating operators: I had to cancel my booking at short notice and would have had to pay half of the accommodation costs, which I was happily refunded in an uncomplicated manner! Very cool.
