We were a family group of 40 people, the rooms were good, the service was also good. One day, when I go to Bali, I want to come here again. A historical place for us.

No Aircon, we tried different rooms and most of them have aircon that does not work. This is located in a very dark place. Could not even get a taxi or grab out of this place. Non English speaking staff at the hotel.

Room is clean but little bit dusty, no tissue and shampoo , on the villa bathroom,Service the manager is very loyal, greating visitor nicely, i think his hospitality service is great,Breakfast only fried rice and fried noodle, restaurant standart, but i like the desert, not usualy restaurant desert, they bring us desert a local desert, called lupis,Love the experience stay in here..

Nice rooms, good service. I checked in at 10 o'clock at night but was still waited patiently by the staff. The rooms are good, the AC works, it's just far from everywhere, luckily there's a Gojek...According to information from Gojek, the streets are definitely jammed from 11 am to 5 pm because the port is busy, so GoCars are reluctant to take them at that time. Luckily, I took an early flight home so a motorbike taxi was willing to pick me up even though it was in an area where traffic jams were a shameThe plus side is that it's very close to the beach, just a short walk to get there ๐

Loved the quiet location and enjoyed the quiet resort with few other guests. However, the place really needs a good manager to run the place properly, as staff are very absent. Note also there is no restaurant, but they still advertise as having restaurant. Noone told us we couldn't, so we used the kitchen to make our own coffees. There is good local breakfast nearby (Warung Jawa is recommended). Take a Grab or Gojek into town at night.

The place is nice and quiet. 3 minutes to the beach. The rooms are clean, the swimming pool is big. There are for children and for adults. Suitable for family holidays.The staff is very friendly. Amazing.. Superrr!!!

I made a reservation for 6 days and in the first stay the room where I stayed was in poor condition, that is, dirty, we asked that they fix it and they didn't, then we had a trip to the Gili islands and we asked them for the favor They kept our rooms suitcases and they charged us 150,000 rupees where they told us that they were going to stay locked in a room, we arrived from the Gili islands to pick up our suitcases, when we arrived to receive the suitcases we found that they were wet and a large part of them our clothes were damaged, also a couple of things that we bought, it seems disrespectful that they have not kept them in a safe place since they left them under the stairs where we noticed that they did not have the decency to take them to a safe place as they told us, I was checking this complaint to see if they could somehow respond to us for the damage caused and they didn't even want to answer us anymore or give us a solution, lousy hotel, I would never recommend it, the worst ho tel I've been to!

New hotel that recently opened. Villas are equipped with smart tv. High speed internet is a plus. Itโs located in a quiet residential area not too far from Sanur Beach harbor for trips to Nusa Penida.

room clean and and television and hot water work well. service is very great and free wifi 5G. but the location abit far from city and restaurant but if you hungry you can ask staff and they will order food for you but overall this is a great hotel
