Nice hotel, Austrian Emperor Joseph resided in this hotel. There is no more central Immenstadt. We liked it!

IMPOSSIBLE!!!! HANDS OFF!!!!! I can only advise anyone not to book this would-be hotel. I made a telephone inquiry about room availability - at first I was offered a room by a gentleman with a foreign accent (there were still 3 rooms available online, of course they said over the phone that only the most expensive room was available). I was supposed to send an email request, which I did later. When I asked if I could get a cheaper room, they simply hung up on me. I then asked again by phone where my reservation confirmation was, but because the grand vizier "didn't like my tone" on the phone, he decided that I wouldn't get the room. When asked what he meant, he simply hung up again. Someone here obviously felt very big and powerful on the phone. I don't want to know how shabbily the guests are treated.Guys, leave this flophouse behind and look for somewhere else to stay - unless you're keen on courting the Pasha.We will be there tomorrow and have now found another place to stay. Let's see what the boss of the house has to say about it.

Accommodation booked for one night in a 4 bed room. Very nice and central hotel. Facilities are unfortunately a bit outdated. Beds are very comfortable. TV didn't work, was defective. Check-in/out is easy, even earlier than advertised. Owner very friendly. Breakfast had everything you need. Coffee is absolutely delicious.

The town of Immenstadt is beautiful with a chair lift up to 1500m. Hotel goldener Adler without reception. Room OK. Sanitary ok

The hotel is located in the heart of Immenstadt. From the windows there is a view of Marienplatz and the old town.

The hotel definitely has its best years behind it. We had a small room under the attic with miscellaneous furnishings. 95.00 euros are simply too much, also because the operators are very friendly and the breakfast in the neighboring bistro is good.

Bad style, we had booked an overnight stay by email, 2 weeks before our stay the room was canceled due to double booking. Not exactly nice if you have planned the Lake Constance-Königssee cycle path in stages. Would the room be better rented out for several nights?
