Not enthusiastic about this hotel.|Room and bathroom very basic. |Bedding in synthetic material.|Slight odour in the corridors.|Breakfast ( which was mandatory) has been forgettable: no croissants and almost no cakes. …

We spent a week at this hotel, staying in the apartment and hosted several dinners there, for friends and family. The restaurant of the Rose has been considered one of the best (and priciest) in Reutte's environs for at least 30 years. That hasn't changed.Peter, the general manager of the hotel is a fantastic host! Very well versed in wines. They have a fabulously stocked wine cellar (try 1962 Sassicaia!). If you have a group of about 8 pax for dinner, do speak to Peter about hosting it in the wine cellar. We will definitely be back here.

Super hotel. Fair price in the high season. We had our room upgraded for free which was of course amazing.I gave 4 star for service because we changed our breakfast table twice during our stay.Restaurant for dinner is also very good

The receptionists could not possibly have been any nicer! Our room was perfect with a small private sitting area outside the garden door. Breakfasts were outstanding with anything we could possibly want!  …

Worst hotel we have ever been in.It is completely disrespectful towards the guest to receive such rooms and hospitality. The minute you enter the rooms you just can’t breathe. The rooms are very old and dusty, my husband got an asthmatic attack. The sheets were definitely not washed, they were dirty with bad smell.I had to put big shirts on the pillows for me and my girls, to be able to sleep on it.Some of the towels smelled like sewage .The carpet felt like sanding paper. In the bathroom, everything was sticky , even the soap. The food in breakfast was not fresh - even the toasting bread was old and dry (before you toast it ) - I showed it to the waitress and she said that it is going to be dry anyway after toasting it - so it doesn’t matter .It was such an horrible experience that my daughter got a migraine and cried that she can’t be there anymore. We decided to leave. Even then the reception that supposed to be open all day between 8 am to 10 pm was closed and we had to wait about one hour until someone came to check us out. The receptionist didn’t even care that we are not staying.

Traditional ( I assume!) Austrian hotel with decent food and interesting decor.||||We were part of a Shearings group so didn’t benefit from free WiFi or the full restaurant menu etc. …

Overpriced restaurant, bar is really not nice. Rooms are different from what is Presented in internet. The chairs in the terrace were covered in rust. Internet is slow at best and stops working from time to time. This hotel feels like glory lost. Next top our room (a "comfort" room), there was An annoying engine humming all dat and night, which kept me from sleeping. Breakfast is ok. There are a lot better hotels inthe neighbourhood. I Will not come back.
