The Gasthof Hotel Sonne is situated in a adjoining building of the Schloss Hotel Neutrauchburg and is part of health centre. The check-in is done at the Schloss Hotel. The Gasthof Sonne has only 7 rooms which are newly renovated. …

We had a very good meal in the Sonne restaurant. However, I would like to emphasize the kindness that was shown to us with our little daughter. It was our first time eating out with her and we were greeted with a lot of understanding and warmth. We are extremely grateful and happy with the service. We ate schnitzel and burgers and didn't know what could have been done better. Thank you for two very successful visits!

We wanted to spontaneously come and eat outside in the nicest weather. There are 2 terraces. The bottom one wasn't opened. The top one was full. A place inside was offered. That means there would have been enough staff.We left again. After us, within 10 minutes, at least 6 other people came who had the same experience.

Absolute super tip for EVERYONE who would like to eat very well and at the fairest prices!I've had dinner in the sun several times in the last few weeks (rehab stay) and it was great.For REHA patients there is an additional 10% discount on the low prices.The service is also very good and the terrace is very comfortable when the sun is shining.

The decor is beautiful, the place is quiet and everything was great except the service. I ordered a white wine, and two minutes later I asked the waitress to bring me some ice cream, but she surprised me by asking, "Why?" "Don't you order everything at once?"Unfortunately that was embarrassing and in the end I didn't get any ice cream.The same incident happened to my friend with the same waitress. She ordered a Lillet, so the waitress brought the drink without frozen fruit. When my friend asked for more frozen strawberries, the waitress said: "We're not in Rewe"N.B the waitress's name is Natalie
