HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED GUYS. Just enough. Even though I booked it for a friend who was going to Bali to play. I regret looking for this place I swear.1. Booking by phone for first checkin price is 350,000. At 3.14 in the afternoonI came there then wanted to add another room at 6.40 in the afternoon, the FO said to check in at the place, he said it was more expensive, the price was 550,000, he was directed to check in at Agoda. It turns out the difference is 16,000 more expensive. 366,000Just found out that booking by phone has different prices, booking at different places and booking on Agoda has different prices 🤣🤣Those booked on Agoda include breakfastThose who book directly don't have breakfast.2. 3 stars is not suitable for this class of hotel. The appearance at the front is good but inside it is horror through the long hallways.3. AC IS NOT COLD I swear!! 3 stars, the rooms are HOT.4. There is soap and shampoo, no toothbrush5. There is no tea/coffee in the room.6. The TV doesn't work just using the display. The remote is dead 😅It's enough to know this place once. Thanks

I really don't recommend it, I didn't read the reviews at that time. It was really scary to be given a room on the 3rd floor at the end, no toothbrush, boxed breakfast. Very unreasonable with the price I got 439 thousand, dirty damp room, no kids friendly because the corridor is scary and dark! That's enough and very sorry, there are still many good and cheap hotels in Bali. just close the hotel!

We’ve got scammed. The pictures were not reliable at all. Pricy for the quality they are offering. The smell of our room was moldy and the bed had bedbugs. We reported it to the receptionist but they didn’t do anything that was actually useful. Most of the staff were friendly however I wished they were more helpful.We asked to move room, nothing. They were supposed to do a deep cleaning for the bedbugs, nothing. We asked for an early check out and possibly a refund, nothing.

sorry to saynot like a 3 star hotel.1. 3 star class hotels don't have restaurants2. Coffee tea water hitters etc. are not available.3. The hotel telephone only DISPLAY doesn't work.4. The AC is not cold enough5. Information about breakfast coming at 8 but it arrived at 8.306. After arriving, you get a BOX of nasgor that you can see without chicken and eggs.7. Never mind the hotel slippers, there are no clothes hangers in the cupboard, and look at the condition of the cupboard, it's already rotten, moldy, etc.8. Not very suitable for families and out-of-town workers and businesses.9. There were lots of complaints in the room but I couldn't contact the receptionist because the telephone was only a display

The hotel is relatively cheap for fairly complete facilities,(+)+Swimming pool+Public elevator+Balcony, minibar, complete amenities+Breakfast in room on demand, clean facilities and tidy rooms+view of rice fields, lots of kites at night(-)-Parking is not proportional to the number of rooms, during busy times, the transverse parking position blocks other cars, twice when I wanted to go out at night I had to walk, fortunately there was a Muslim stall opposite and a local minimarket-'Restaurant' will confirm the menu and breakfast delivery time on the 1st day, the first day requests are early in the morning and arrive in the afternoon. The second day the request was a bit late in the day, but it arrived early 😅

The bedsheet was so dirty it was like a doormat, really not suitable for sleeping on, many parts of the bedsheet were worn, torn and had very disgusting stains.The FO department said that the condition of all rooms was like this and the house keeping department was only available until 3 pm, so they couldn't change rooms. Our position is traveling with small children, so we are a bit concerned about cleanliness. Finally we immediately checked out, only 30 minutes in the room so we didn't spend the night here. Request a refund because the room was not suitable but there was no response. Don't stay at this place if you expect cleanliness and comfort.For the kettle system, the fee is 20 thousand/day, I only discovered this in Bali. Even though you book via Traveloka, there is a picture of the kettle in the room. If you book via Traveloka, you will be placed in the back building which is located far away and access is by stairs. The bathroom has lots of rust and damp and insects. The photo is very different from the reality on the ground.The owner's suggestion is to change management to manage this place, it's a shame that the place is already good but the management is not capable of managing this place well.

I'm sorry I just read the review but I already made a reservation via their website for 2 nights 😭😭It's true that you were given a room according to the 1 star review herearrived at the hotel at 8pm hoping that after work I could restZonkthere is a deposit of 100kGiven a 2nd floor roomThe room is in building B which is far at the endWalk along the elevator and the super creepy horror corridor smells of thick dustAfter entering the room, it really smelled dirty, the walls were cracked and dampSuper dirty, smelly bathroom, smelly waterEven from the lobby, it doesn't have air conditioning, it's dirty and full of dustEntered the room in 5 minutes and immediately c/o that same nightAnd the room key seems to be problematicI was afraid that someone would suddenly enter the roomI was given an early check out form because I entered the room 5 minutes straight c/oIf you want to get angry, they won't fix itI also won't get my money back for 2 nightsI'm tired of talking to people hereDidn't you say sorry, instead I said thank you for the experience 😂🥹It's already mafia mafia for all these people

Booked a room for 1 month, lots of unexpected additional costs (towels, soap & shampoo, cooking utensils), water smells of iron, old deposit was returned even though the promise was a maximum of 2 weeks, you had to insist on contacting the company owner first before it was processed, customer service & receptionist were not communicative In fact, it was thrown here and there, management was not cooperative at first, complaints were not responded to, after the owner intervened and I threatened to come to the office, all complaints were processed and funds were processed.

Because you got a room on the 3rd floor of the second building, it was quite far and the lift didn't run to the 3rd floor. So it was quite tiring to walk to the room. The staff was friendly. The cleanliness could be improved.
