It really is the most gorgeous, quiet location. A lovely swimming area. The sanitary facilities are top notch. A real surprise was the dark skies at night - you could see the Milky Way.BUT it is a naturist campsite. It was a surprise to me but the people are lovely and welcoming. My wife has said she wants to visit!

Just about as far south as you can get in Germany for an FKK camping. Nicely located at a fast flowing, cold, river with next to club members a lot of space for passing camping guests. Good facilities, more then adequate. …

Shocking reception just turned with a small tent on a bike and the said they don't take tents, although it mentions it on the website. I Turner up with a motorbike, single male, member of BNA and not welcome. Avoid this place.

Were there for 4 days in July. Greatly located and landscaped place. Very nice and pleasant club members. You get the feeling of being welcome here. Clean sanitary facilities, great, friendly welcome, beautiful swimming pond. We'd love to come back. Gaby and Jürgen

Great campsite, in the middle of nature. There were two of us and we wanted to stay at the Haldenmühle for two nights. After prior arrangement by email, we arrived at 9:30 p.m. We were told this wasn't a problem, we should just ring the bell. There was no one at the reception at that time and the bell didn't work either. After a long wait, we looked for our own place to pitch our tent. The next morning I heard several people discussing from the tent about how it wasn't okay to arrive at the campsite so late. After we got up we registered straight away. We were greeted very unfriendly by several club members and we got the feeling that they didn't like the fact that we came so late. The gentleman at the reception then wanted to assign us a new spot even though the spot where we pitched our tent wasn't reserved for another night. We felt incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome and ultimately decided not to stay there another night.

A fantastically beautiful place and very dog friendly. Super nice welcome and we immediately felt at home. The approach is a bit narrow and a challenge for beginners, but it is absolutely worth it. Very nice and helpful people on the site. WiFi was great and there was electricity. You have to fetch water but it's not a problem as the water supply is not far away. Sauna and a swimming pond are some of the highlights. Darts, table tennis and archery are also possible. Mega clean sanitary. We are thrilled and would love to come back.

The Haldenmühle is a nudist place run by a club. It is beautifully located, has a swimming pond and very clean sanitary facilities, which are also maintained by the camping guests. The club members usually have their permanent campsites on two separate meadows. Tourists are offered places directly next to the buildings. Free Wi-Fi is also available there within a limited area. It is also possible to take a sauna on weekends for a fee. There is no wireless network here. This slows things down immensely. Many camping guests know each other, but you can still make good contact even as a newcomer. Unfortunately the restaurant will be closed for the 2024 season, but there will be a tenant again next year. I have never forgotten everyday life as quickly as I did in this remote place right on the Iller. The campsite is also reasonably priced. Children will find a great playground and sometimes stick bread is grilled on the campfire in front of the youth hut. You can go hiking here but you can also go on great tours with an e-bike. And you can also laze around in front of the caravan. Every morning there are fresh bread rolls in the club room. Payment is made in a box based on trust. We will definitely come here again.

Nice, secluded campsite in a valley on the Iller with a large swimming pond. Modern, clean sanitary facilities. Beautiful plots, quiet location, very friendly operators. Bread service. No internet reception, WiFi works perfectly. Great excursion options and cycle paths. Plague of wasps, horse flies and mosquitoes. Lawns should be mowed a little more often. Otherwise everything was fine.

Unfortunately the place is in a valley without any cell phone reception. Absolutely no network. WiFi is only possible at the clubhouse and not on the pitch. This means you cannot be reached. A pity! Have left again.
