I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful accommodation, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Accommodation was clean, beautifully decorated, and provided all the comforts of home. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions. Owners and the staff made the stay truly wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I stayed here for 2 months from November to December. Inspite of the weather, my stay was so pleasant due to comfortable facilities and the host. The locations were accessible to many restaurants, cafe, supermarkets, bars and parking lot. The timing of my stay offered me a chance to visit the carnival and Christmas markets which are few steps away.I was on a business trip but would like to revisit with my family on a summer.

I stayed in one of the apartments for 2 months while I was working. I honestly have never seen such an apartment. Starting from the interior design in the building, which is stunning. There is everytging you would need in the building, starting from a washing machine room, to a bike room, a pantry room which would come in handy when the markets are closed, and a beautiful co-working room. The apartment itself was everything you would want and more. It was spacious,it was beautifully decorated, and it had all appliances needed. The place was clean from the first day, and it remained that way with the weekly cleaning. As for the owner herself, she was honestly one of the best ones I've met. She was so sweet, always available when needed, and even went out of her way to help me when I needed someone. The location was ideal. Everything was at a few minutes' walking distance because it's literally in the center of the city yet never loud for when you need to sleep. Overall, I loved my experience there, and if I do come back, I will for sure be staying there again.

I had been staying here for more than 2 weeks before I found a permanent place. Thanks to Daniela and Team.1- Great location, in the center of Memmingen; 10 min to ZOB/HBF of Memmingen2- Easy access to several shopping locations; only 5 min walk to shopping street.3-Great room with cozy and pleasant atmosphere, thanks to wood furniture.4-I finally watched Netflix!! It is also possible to mirror youtube videos from cellphone or laptop to big screen equipped in the room.5-Bathroom is relatively smaller in the room I stayed, nonetheless, enough for 1 person6-Great kitchen for both long and short stay. There is even a dishwasher :)7-Very quiet surrounding...Despite of all positive experience I have collected from this serviced apartment, if I may make a little suggestion which is about the mattress which is a bit softer, especially for people have sciatica pain on back. Management team pls consider alternative options.Overall, this serviced apartment did make me feel safe and at easy every time I went back to prepare my lunch box for the next days.Highly recommended.

My son & I stayed 2-months in this fully furnished apartment in September 2022.....This was a rare find and I was extremely happy & satisfied during my stay.....The hotel's location is right in the middle of downtown Memmingen so you are in the very center with all shops around you...the rooms are extremely clean with all the amenities like brand new with smart TV, nice kitchen, nice washroom with excellent shower. The facility has a storage area for bikes, Laundry area (free soap provided). Last but not least the owners are a very nice family and I see them everyday at the hotel and they are always making sure that everything is top level and that any issue is resolved right away. Finally the price is very reasonable compared to the value you are getting.

I had a fantastic month-long stay in this apartment. It was cleaned weekly, had all the appliances I needed, and the location was perfect and quiet. The host was incredibly nice and always available, even driving me to the airport. Highly recommended!

Great hotel with awesome hosts. Located in downtown Memmingen close to lots of restaurants and bars. Great for long and short term business stays. Rooms are spacious and everything is brand new.

Since I travel throughout Germany as a caregiver, my company decided to accommodate me in the Küchlinhaus. I was here for 4 weeks and had an extremely pleasant stay! The family that runs the Küchlinhaus was personally there on arrival and departure so that any issues and questions could be asked. The apartments are equipped with very high quality materials and furniture. There are small cooking facilities in the small apartments and full facilities in the two large ones. The colleagues at the cleaning company do an excellent job every week and are very welcoming. There are sufficient washing machines and dryers available. There is also a bicycle cellar for storage and the possibility of renting hardtails. An absolute plus point for me! The location is on a side street of the market. Shops are within walking distance. For me it was a successful trip and stay in Memmingen and I can definitely recommend it for solo travelers, couples, business people. The large apartments would be an advantage for families. Access is either via chip or key. The facility is very well secured and if you have large pieces of luggage or if you have difficulty walking, you can always take the elevator. In the vaulted cellar there is also a kind of meeting room for companies, where there is enough space and snacks can also be prepared.Thank you for the great time☺️
