***INFESTATION ALERT***Stay away from this hostel if you value your health and well-being. We reached our room at 3AM after a night off in Hamburg with my wife, we were celebrating his birthday. At this moment we discovered the horror: BEDBUGS EVERYWHERE. The management was informed, but the issue wasn't adequately addressed. They didn't gave us another room nor recommended another hostel since everything was full because an important football match in the city. We were thrown on the street at 3 AM, in an strange city. We had to get a very expensive emergency ticket home in the middle of the night. That night we had to discard a lot of our clothes since the bedbugs were everywhere and we didn't want to infest the bus or our home, making the experience not only traumatic, but very very costly. This is not and inconvenience, is a serious health hazard. We are currently working on a legal complaint to ensure that this problem is addressed and future guests do not suffer the same horrible experience.

As a minor disabled person I really wish I knew that the toilet and bathroom was in the basement. ||Also there are1, sometimes 2 small dogs at the hotel. I don't mind, but someone might. ||||Unfortunatly I find the place to be filthy. …

Pros:The kitchen has everything you need and reception was 24hours. The rooms were kept very clean too.Cons:Bathrooms and showers are on another floor than the bedrooms. They charged my for the sheets but I later found out they didn't charge anyone else in my room for sheets so I think I got ripped off

I strongly discourage every traveller choosing this hostel. The rooms are very small, there is only one bathroom for all shared rooms and a strong smell in the common areas. …

The staff is unfriendly & my friends and I had to take a cold/freezer shower (not hot water)... The free wifi only works in the reception, not the rooms. However really well connected to the center with public transportation, open 24h/24h, parking free and quite clean for the required price.

Nice and affordable if you only need to sleep. No breakfast included. Staff is nice, but people might be loud and drinking alcohol (depends on the mixed dorm if that's what you booked). Bunk beds are low, careful not to hit your head.

If we could give less than 1 star we would. I have stayed in many a hostel in my time none of which have been like this, especially not in Germany. The beds were awful creaky bunk beds with lumpy pillows. …

Nice little hostel, i booked into the mixed 4 dorm. The room itself is pretty small but hey this is a hostel not a hotel you get what you pay for. Clenliness was very good, the kitchen is well equiped, staff are freindly and helpful and its only a short walk from the sbahn. I would stay again.

I give this 5 stars not because the place looks amazing, but the price. They want 20 EUR a night which has to be the cheapest that you will ever find in Hamburg. You have to sleep in a room with other people, if that don`t bother you you should be fine.
