I stopped at this hotel to spend the night, just for 8 hours. At first they didn’t send me the code to open the box with the key and I had to stand under the hotel at midnight. I went into a room that no one had cleaned, the bed was not made, the bins were full of garbage, the window sill was stained, the window did not close. I was left to sleep in a dirty room that night, where someone had lived before and they did not prepare a room for me. I paid money and was treated very bad. No one has responded to my messages yet. I am writing to return my money for this disgrace. They don’t care, they just ignore me. This is the worst experience of my life, I have never received such an attitude. They don’t even want to somehow apologize for what I was in.

I could rate them even zero star if that was allowed. The single room they gave me was so bad especially the bathroom with 100 years old equipments (for ex. a strange toilet design, narrow bathtub with dirty (paint damaged) walls). On top of this, there was no one availble during the time of check out at 08:30 AM (I am not talking about checking out at mid night here) and I had to talk to a lady in the kitchen who was clueless about any check-out formalities. Finally I had to leave my email address with them (as I had to catch my train to return home) so that they can settle the bill with me later. But they managed to deduct the bill amount from my credit card details which they already had (quite smart in where they are affected). The next days I called the Hotel asking for my bill to be sent to my email address and the person on phone was quite patienceless to answer me. So, decide yourself before booking a stay with them.

Really nice hotel. The price for quality is on point. The service was nice, really attentive and cordial. My room was spacious, clean, with plenty of day light and natural ventilation. The style in the room was classy but modern and it has one of the best breakfast buffets in the area (for 3 and 4 stars hotels) which is nice. You have pharmacy, supermarket, bus stop in a 5 min walking distance and sbahn, cafes and fast food options in a 15 min walking distance. If you are a light sleeper like me, you will appreciate that the location is really quiet.I have seen that some people say negative things about the bathrooms. Yes, my bathroom was old (70s maybe) but it was clean, and the good things surpassed for me the old bathroom.Totally recommended.

Its a very nice hotel. Quite old but still comfortable and cosy. The room was very clean and big. My one had a comfortable and desk to work if necessary. Great for business people. I could order breakfast as well. It is a great buffet with bread, sausages, eggs, fruit and veggie. On star less because of the bad room.

The stay was pleasant. The employee(Manager) very nice and helpful. We booked an XXL harbor tour on site and they printed it out for us directly at reception. We spent 3 nights here and have to say that we felt very comfortable. The breakfast was a very rich one. Price performance very good. Next stay will definitely be here again.

So honestly, I can only recommend the friendliness and service of the employees, which comes from conviction!I have grown fond of the people! The colleague at reception introduced himself as a hotel manager, a very special person!I definitely recommend it.

One night was enough. Everyone is very nice, but unfortunately the hotel is not characterized by cleanliness. Used smocks and a yellow bag full of plastic waste were just lying around in the hallway until the next day. Undefined stains on the bed. And the shower head...

Unfortunately the hotel is located quite outside of the action. It urgently needs to be renovated. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately our rooms were not cleaned. Breakfast is absolutely fine
